hey Jesse I have easy tips for armwrestling for you bro. 1 grip higher than your opponent 2 use back pressure to bring your elbow/opponent's arm closer to your body 3 dont play parallel, have your grip angle cut into the opponent's upper arm *SAFETY TIP!!* keep your arm parallel with your body. do NOT go past your arm. your arm cannot turn past the parallel point relative to your body, so if you armwrestle, make sure your opponent isn't pulling your arm past the parallel point or it will break.

Nice one dude!! Back in the day I was probs walking round at 125 lbs, then a year with a trainer brought me up to about 152. This was 12 yrs ago. Lost interest in lifting and I went back down in weight to maybe 144. Now thanks to Rogan, Cam Haines, David Goggins etc I'm a few months back at it and I'm now sitting at 153 - 155. Just don't wanna be a rail any more! Feeling strong and so much better mentally too. Honestly as the skinny guys struggle, eating is the.hard part, not the training. Only discovered this Jesse lad's channel last night and really enjoying his energy and attitude, can't WAIT to get in the gym tomorrow LET'S GOOOO

Little tip for the boys.. arm wrestling is essentially physics.. if you pull the person's arm towards you/ away from their body, you force a longer lever arm and put them at a biomechanical disadvantage. Even if you're not as strong, you'll win almost every time. Get that paper kid!💰💰💰
