In order to avoid the big queues at the border on the big crossing Niš - Sofia, it is advisable to cross at Negotin or Zaječar. No hordes of Turks waiting to cross there!
Thousands of Turks today at the Bulgaria-Turkey border. I guess it will be the same at Bulgaria- Serbia border. And Bulgarian side of the border is still under construction.

Last year I went on vacation to Bulgaria, and my dumb ass forgot the car id at home, and the guy just let us trough, if that dose not work 20 euros usually does it ;-)
Is nice to see people visiting eastern Serbia, the most people goes to Belgrade, Novi Sad, northern and western Serbia. Eastern Serbia is second the poorest region in Serbia, it will promote region and tourism.
