Some of the waterfront condominium communities (well over a million dollars) are absolutely incredible. A downside I don't think you mentioned is that it is a bit touristy and can get very crowded on weekends. It's also regularly occupied by motorcycle "enthusiasts." However, some of the most incredible properties in the state are found in New Hope "inland."
