I honestly thought Brooks would give Luai a run for that blues jersey but he hasn’t been playing well the last few weeks. Luai and Nicho would be an interesting combination and might be just what NSW need

I had brooks at 6 but the last 2 weeks have really left me disappointed in his performances. I’m not a manly fan either. Or a tigers fan. But Luai is the obvious choice. Burton in 2nd place.

Tbf hynes played a part in it. While Fittlers choice was definitely not a good one you’ve got to deal with the loss as a team. Not run off having a sook - showed he clearly couldn’t handle the pressure. Hopefully he’ll be better this year

@@taiyonatiare7918 tbh I’m not sure, there have been a lot of injuries for the blues halves recently. However, my statement was more in regard to Gus and Gal heaping praise on to Luai. Do they not remember how poor he’s looked in origin so far? But tbh, if Moses gets minutes under him and looks comfortable, my halves pairing would be Moses and Hynes. If not, I do understand Luai coming into the team more. However, I’m sure there’d still be better options. E.g. see if you can cut a deal with Wigan to bring Bevan French over for origin

I reckon latrell won’t be there. He’s missed to much footy, he’s not performed and regardless of whether he deserves it or not he’s become a distraction off the field because everything he does is either the worst or the best depending on the narrative.

Luai isnt liked by a lot of people because of his antics on the field, nothing to do with the "quality" of his footballing ability, you are blind if you don't think hes good. But standing over a knocked out player proudly isnt going to win a lot of people over, running in to push and shoves and grabbing jerseys every game etc... like honestly no one wants to see that rubbish
