I want to sue Kabam for making all new mutants immune to Nimrod beaucase even with synergy he can't apply his main damage source anymore (I forgot to mentioned other new characters who have shock and Incinarate Immunity together soo you can't use Omega Sentinel synergy)
Tbh just Onslaught and Dust are the most recent ones immune to Shock. The last ones to be immune to Shock were both Storm, X on release and OG on buff lol
And, let's round up the Mutant Class to 50 (bc i don't think we have 50 at the moment), like 5 are just not his best matches in terms of he cannot inflict or deal huge damage with the Shocks by a reason or another. He still has 45 champions to beat the sh*t out of them. 🗣️
@@vgautamkrishna5197 Yeah but i was referring to the Mutant Class in my example. He can take other classes without difficulties so, yeah, Class Killer(?)
I really like Nimrod, he is absurdly cool, and I don't think Nimrod is bad today. We have Onslaught and dust, ok, but we're considering 2 mutants. Maybe that was just for some balance, cause let's be completely honest, Nimrod was the mutant class counter. I think Nimrod still can be useful, but having a champion destroying a class all by himself is not fair
exactly, If he kept dominating every mutant that come out, Kabam wouln't make as much money from that mutants release. And besides, Nimrod still counters annoying defenders like Bullseye.
Solid analysis on NImrod. You've put into a video exactly what people are experiencing when using that particular champion. You've shown he is an OP champion, but within a specific case being the mutant class. Outside of his chosen class you can see he is noticeably slower and with the changes to Battlegrounds 1 to 2 seconds can make all the difference. This is partially what helped players realize that there are options within the tech class that aren't bound to the same restrictions. Guardian also has shock damage but his matchups aren't limited in the same way as Nimrod thus he has full access to his damage regardless of the class he's facing. Same for Shuri, Future Ant-man, Red skull, and others within tech that lack that built in restriction.
Nimrod and Galan are my most recent ascensions. Usage of both has been falling off for me, but I think it’s mainly because all 6* usage is falling off unless the champ is ascended.
People are only saying his falling off because recent mutants are immune to his Damage and he is not available as a 7 star. In reality, Nimrod can take some difficult defenders like Bullyeye, Kindred and even Gorr pretty easily.
@@AHorrorFanatic The Kindred in the Maze Side quest with the reverse controls node, Nimrod is one of the best options. Plus I've taken Kindred with Nimrod plenty of times, just punish his Special attacks and inflict the Blitz Protocol Power drain.
Nimrod has always been a great champion in my roster. Definitely hope a 7* is released soon. Disagree about his decline, but enjoyed the video breakdown. 🤟🏼😏
Apoc hasn't been feeling like it recently, i've only used him for some fights in early game act 7 and haven't found him useful recently. especially with bgs and winter of woe being very prominent gamemodes, he has fallen off for me at least
i feel like nimrod is in the boat that scorp is falling in healthpool are just getting too high for him to deal with and over time he is just gonna keep becoming less and less relevant
39:21 huge part of the Immunities in game doens't fit lore wise and Dust is not even bleed immune, her power is sand but her physical doens't work 100% of sand she still have normal human body
@@prakamyasiddhbalot4218The fact her Immunities doens't match the comics She's not immune to electricity or poisoning or bleeding, Poison in MCOC works as a infection and i'm pretty shure she's not immune to that, they just copied sandman Immunities
There is no denying his use has went down. I still think he’s good and he’s still pretty good for defense but you’re not really seeing his good match ups in bgs decks anymore, with the exception of domino and a few others. I do feel like they’ve went too far with him, just like magneto, and they went from having a champ that was op then basically made him irrelevant with new champs. There is a happy medium but kabam doesn’t understand happy mediums with anything..
As a proud owner of a r6 sig 200 apoc I have to disagree. With stryfe he can do basically all content in the game. I used him for 3 necro paths and a lot in 8.4. The only thing he can't do is bgs and thats falling off irrelevance as time goes on. He is absolutely still relevant but obviously there are better mutants being released recently.
@@mostafaelmotayam2985 just used him for the synergy. However thats just because I don't have stryfe ranked but if he was he'd make apoc an even better option as he doesn't waste a space for a useless synergy partner.
Bro how about case study on nick fury I know that this will start some fire in comment section but I kinda feel like he is not a duel threat He is a excellent defender but in attack his first life is useless and second life the last 30 %is usable and still people considering him one of the most damage dealing in skill class is overrated It's totally my opinion and not be forced on anyone but what's your opinion
what makes him is great is in 2nd life he is pretty bonkers above 15 charges he is permanently unblockable cannot miss. shuts off evade and he is debuff immune If you have deep wounds then your opponent is cooked. He is not a great attacker for bgs but in general hes great. Also synergies are awesome.
He's my second favorite champion in this game and still the best mutant killer in the game, just like the comics. Only mutants he can't take are Bishop and Onslaught. Until Bastion (fusion of Nimrod and Master Mold) arrives, he's still the dominant mutant slayer
@@Brei. Well, sometimes. In Battlegrounds, yes he doesn't work against Dust but in questing and war, if you bring his synergy with Omega Sentinel which turns his shocks into incinerates (which Dust is weak to), he can definitely work
Id love to see one of these about dr doom. I think if people are being honest, its obvious how much hes fallen off, and is basically just a defender now.
Neither of those are true. Two mediums apply any of her debuffs. Light ending combos and heavies pause them. Whats tricky? She also has an insanely high attack stat and finishes fight in one sp2 @r5 ascended. Nimrod is a TECH champ with no utility other than basic robot immunity. He is TURNED OFF by any shock immunity. Meanwhile omega sent counter soo many things with her prefights. Its really not even close. Nimrod has always been overrated and OS underrated just because of their comics. Two hits turns off all prowess, miss, and healing. Two hits. It literally doesn’t get easier.
She is far and away better and it’s really not even close. You probably dont even play OS. Nimrod is literally a tech champion with no utility. Shock immune shuts him off entirely. He is trash compared to Omega Sentinel. 👍 ☠️
