This is the replacement of the middle-manager here. Especially for any sales, it is very important to many to have human representation. The manager is irrelevant to the customer and typically hated by the salesforce. This position will become obsolete imo before any direct sales position is replaced by AI--does not count online purchases entirely done by self. 6:12
