I completely agree with your point of view. I also had a client who wanted to buy virtual space, thinking it's easier to exit with a small ticket size compared to lockable units. We had the same conversation as discussed here. Thanks for covering Arvind Ji.

Sir delhi mai 75% mall ya to band ho gaye hai ya foot naam ke barabar hai commercial is not a successful investment atleast in delhi , also raheja ka mall pichla 5 saal se ban hi raha hai with very slow progress

Dwarka location is very Porsche and precious. Huge presence of government projects and embassy. Near by sectors develop and maintained by government and going to by sport city in itself.

Malls khali kyo hai y log nhi sochte.. jo ache se lease karta ho wahan investment karni chahiye. means leasing achi honi chahiy jisse apka BUILDER hamesha involve rahe.. aap REACH ka AIPL ka mall dekhiye hamesha hit rahe hai.

I suggestion for ur viewers- Omaxe has developed Omaxe Chandni chowk Mall beautifully and is ready and functional. Plus, Omaxe is giving fixed rental returns as well. One should visit this project also as it is one n only mall of chandni chowk. No land is left in chandni chowk so this will be only mall here. Investment options are also available there too. I was also searching abt virtual space investment n found this safe for investment as it is all-ready functional and getting Very good foot fall. Planning to invest here.
