The butler need to be assigned tasks and a bed. Otherwise he won't sleep or be very useful. Like so they can see!

I know that it was very glitchy so that was probably the reason why but at 22:37, on the top right corner it said that you had to feed her or else she would get taken away! You also need to assign the butler a bed and make his get to know the family and for him to look after Daisy, he has to first talk to her. what I've been seeing so far in the comments is that: - turn off autonomy(settings, game play) so they won't cancel what you tell them to do. however, this does mean that they won't attend to their needs by themselves unless they're super low - daisy has to get to know the butler in order to ask him for stuff like food. if you're playing as her, and you click on the butler, one of the options is "talk to stranger" and I think that'll help to build their relationship - apparently you need level 10 charisma to share a video and get a million followers - get rid of stuff in the house that you don't need/don't use! it might make the game stop glitching i don't play sims so I don't have any experience with this but hopefully these will work! like so they can see please!

Daisy can ask the butler for things when she gets to know him a little bit. Like so they can see.

you need to assign the butler to a bed, and the butler will do more stuff once he gets to know everybody

The reason why your sims don't do some of the actions to Daisy is because she is playing with a toy or doing another action, so you need to cancel her actions before telling your sims to interact with her! Please like so they can see this :)

You technically dont have to teach daisy any skills and when she ages up she will be a normal child. However, if you are able to max her skills out at 3 and 5, she will have bonus traits as a child.(It's not like sims 3 where you needed to do all the skills to make sure their traits arent wonky) Also! You should turn auto aging off in the game settings, otherwise you two will be elders by the time the second child is a teen. You can manually age up sims if you bake a birthday cake and put birthday candles on it [which can be found by clicking on a full cake and selecting the add birthday candles option. if you dont make a cake with candles, some sims will feel sad that their birthday was missed when the auto age up happens) Like so they can see!

The Sims might be unresponsive at times. It happens more in bigger houses, as (telling from a programmer standpoint here) they have tons of interactive furniture. With high autonomy on, sims are constantly "cycling" through all of the furniture in the house trying to decide what they want to use, especially if there are multiple things that can satisfy basic needs. This is just how their behavior works in-game, and the developers just optimized it poorly. This is solvable in two ways - turn down the autonomy of your sims in the settings (settings -> gameplay) so they don't have that much freedom of behavior on their own or get a smaller house, where they have fewer things to use. Turning down the autonomy, however, will require you to take care of the sims more manually - they will act on their needs themselves if and only if they are critically low. I know that's annoying, but if you want them to listen to you properly, it has to be done. P.S. - +Project Luca has helped out a bit here - to "reset" your Sims behavior, go to the console (by pressing Ctrl + C in-game), then type: "testing cheats on" and hit enter. The game will enter will enter the "developer" mode (it will look absolutely the same, just will give you some additional options for interactions with sims/objects), which will allow you to right-click on your sims and select "debug". This will clear the sims behavior and reset it (everything will remain normal, they might just "freeze" in one place doing nothing for a second, but then will return to normal). Once it's done, go back to the console and type "testing cheats off" and hit enter again. This will return you back to normal mode, and you can continue playing. Again, thank Project Luka for the advice! P.P.S. - A little explanation to what "debug" does. It "clears" Sims behavior, as I already said. I will provide an example so it's easy to understand: the Sim has his own short-term memory for tasks - "I was said to feed Daisy, but I also have to pee and I am stinky as hell, so I need to go there, there and there and do that, that and that." The "debug" command clears that memory so that Sim can efficiently get all the tasks "reassigned" again, and not have a problem with prioritizing them and moving them around. With a big house like yours, this command might come in handy from time to time.

To make Daisy go up and down stairs, you need to buy stacking blocks. You can get them from the children's category in build mode, then click on the blocks. Then there will be a bunch of toys, click on the stacking blocks. You will then be able to level up Daisy's movement skill, so she can dance and run etc. Also the higher her skills, she can unlock different ones when she ages up to a child. (LIKE SO ALFIE CAN SEE)

Guys, it would be great if you turned off auto- aging! Otherwise your sims will soon become elders. First press the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen. Then click options. On the list of options that appear there will be a box saying 'gameplay'. There you'll find the settings you need & more if you feel the need to use some others c:

You can now get ombré hair like this so they see and change Zoe's hair

Get them to take family photo because they have daisy and like she's pregnant so it would look cute in family photo

the reason why the butler wasn't going to sleep is because you need to click on the bed that is his bed then assign this bed to the butler option

TURN OFF AUTO AGE !!!!!! If you guys click on the icon for hunger or toilet or fun or energy, you don't have to do anything, it will automatically do it for you so have to keep going upstairs and downstairs just to do their needs. Like if you agree

A little tip to level up faster is when you are a on the build mode on the left top corner there is house traits and you gain skills faster ❤❤ enjoy 😊

You don't need to give food to Daisey cause you can put food on a low table or the floor so she can get food herself and you don't have to get annoyed when they don't give her food when needed

At 22:37 it says that daisy could be taken away. Please like so they can see❤😭

If a sim is hungry, tired etc (any of their needs) just click on the icon for it and the sim will go and use the toilet, go to bed etc. by themselves and u don't have to keep travelling around the house just to help their needs x

If you click on the bars in the bottom right it will automatically make them fill it up so you don't have to keep choosing to like go to bed and then go shower. Xx Thanks for your vids Guys !

When you have your new baby, you should make Daisy age up so she can help and she can do more things by herself to make it easier. Like so they can see this!

Pretty sure you can assign the butler to his room by clicking on the bed in the spare room. Also in the settings you can change whether or not the sim does what they want as well. Free will I think it's called. If you turn that off it might help 😀

You should go to the secret place in willow creek! By getting your handy skill up to level 10 you can enter a secret world in the big tree which is placed by the small houses. That would be a great challenge for you! 😄

Honestly 98% of these comments are people telling you to do things that can't be done or giving you bad information. There is no kids pool or sandbox, Daisy cannot swim until she is a child she will not grow up badly if her levels aren't perfect, a butler CAN look after Daisy but he needs to be assigned a bed and she needs to talk to him a bit, they cancel actions because most of the time you ask the parent to do something with Daisy when Daisy is busy playing and they won't interrupt her, also because you keep asking them to do the same thing repeatedly when it is still in the queue and they keep trying to do it over again If they still ignore you just drag some food out of the fridge and put it where Daisy can reach it and she'll take it. If you want them to work from home you need to actually WORK from home and do the tasks you get set or you will not get paid! Also Alfie still has that old bloody kids tablet in his inventory and it's driving me insane that you didn't take it out not even when you talked about it and bought Daisy an entire new one 😡 Please thumbs up THIS comment so they see it and not all the rubbish ones that say things that aren't right.

You need to assign the buttler a bed to sleep in! Also assign the buttler tasks to do!

You can use the baby to click on the butler and ask for help (i.e.: food, play, potty help, reading, etc.)

you need to click the bed and select assign bes to butler. thats why he wont sleep

I think when Alfie was just holding Daisy it wasn't the lot messing it up, this happens sometimes when I play the Sims 4 and it only lasts like 30 seconds like in the video.

Also just quick thing. To get the butler to sleep at night you must assign him a bed!

The sim supply on RU-vid figured out this trick but if you live stream video games on the computer, you can gain LOADS of followers. Click on it, wait like 10 seconds then stop and you'll have more followers. I'm not sure if you need a certain level of video gaming or certain amount of followers to be able to live stream but you should try it out. Like this so they can see!!

toddlers can do lots more things for themselves than you think! - click "use potty" and they'll gain the skill alone - click "open fridge" and they can get a serving of any food you have already in there (worth cooking a family sized adult meal to stock up for toddlers and kids! I learnt this with my triplets. they can also pick up and eat adult food you put out on the table) like so they can see! :)

you (the adult) will have to tell the butler to do things the butler wont just do it on his own, Like ask the butler to feed Daisy.

Whe I used Sims 4 Toddlers for the first time my parent sim wouldn't put the toddler in the highchair either. I tried over and over again. All I did was deleted the highchair and placed it away from the table. Like not in the same place as the chair! I hope this helps x Like So they can see! Love the series btw xx

You guys need to make a room for the new baby before it's born!!!

I downloaded the house and I noticed things weren't working as well as they usually do, the game was slower,there needs were dropping quicker, they weren't doing what I told them to do etc since the house uses cheats in order to make it I think that it is the house as I moved my family into a normal house and everything was working fine, loving this sims series keep up the good work x

I had this problem... Well first make sure there's nothing blocking where they're trying to go. If you're 100% sure there's nothing blocking it then the cheat to fix it is: ResetSim Firstname Lastname Hope this helps xx❤️like so they can see it ❤️❤️

Hey Zalfie! My sister small expansion pack on my sims 4 and it's called something like Todlers rule (I think) and it's an add on to any game you're already playing that allows you to get loads of toddler stuff including baby pools and games. I really hope that you see this and it helps. I love this series. Like so they can see this fellow zalfie fans!!!

Check if you have autonomy off in settings. If you turn it off, the sims only do what you want them to do I think.

The game keeps freezing like that because the house you have was built using a lot of cheats like bb.moveobjects

U assign a bed to the butler because now the butler has no bed u click the bed and click on assign a bed to butler . Also in the cheat bar type in testingcheatstrue on then click on Dasiy and click on the mood button to make her all happy so when Dasiy is awake at 12am do that or in the morning at 8:00

Also if you don't get her walking skill to level 2 when she turns a child she won't be able to climb stairs (that's what happened to my sim so I had to age them back down so she could learn to walk. ) please like so they notice ! X

Just a quick fix since the game is glitching and it won't let you take care of the sims... Press Cntl Alt C to bring up the cheat bar, type in "testingcheatsenabled true". after that, shift click the mail box and click fill household needs. If it continues to glitch you can also click disable household needs decay so their needs don't go down. Please like so they see this and Daisy doesn't get taken away!

It really makes me so mad that the parents don't interact with Daisy at all

The toddlers update has always been like that because i constantly have issues with it but whenever shes hungry always click on the highchair and then press 'give food' and then the sim will put the food on the highchair and then they'll go get Daisy✌🏼 Love ya Zalfie!❤️

You should get a burglar alarm because if you get robbed then it makes them sad and embarrassed

you should complete their Whims (the thought bubbles above your Sims head) you can unlock things if you complete loads of them❤

turn off the sim autonomy in options on the gameplay tab. my game was doing the same thing and i did this and it fixed it. :) hope this helps. also you need to click on the spare bed and assign it to the butler for him to use it.

- You need another room for the other baby!! - Also, you need to assigned your butler to a bed for him to go to sleep. In order to do this, you have to click on a bed and it will give you an option - Have the butler make you meals and put it in the fridge too, so you guys have more time. - I suggest you guys get one more high chair and put it outside near the toys, so she could eat, enjoy the outdoors and play at the same time! It'll be way easier and you don't have to keep bringing her back inside ! Go on a family trip or something so Daisy could make friends !

I think u should all go on a family vacation but in tents instead of in a cabin (u need the retreat expansion pack)
