Ok, you all scared me with this title. Now Joe we’re not getting any younger😉 I’m a black female with hbp. I SERIOUSLY watch my sodium intake nowadays. I’m not sure how I survived the Asian buffets back in the day and just days of eating and drinking whatever I wanted. My point is- I just wonder how horrible this processed food, sugar and sodium really are for the human being. I know Joe said he loves sugar, but he may want to watch the salt too if he’s not doing so. I look insane reading the labels in stores just to have an idea of what I consume so I can stay within my limits. It’s hard but doable. But I have the palpitations, etc. and that can be scary. I definitely could be doing better and all I can do is try. I just pray for you both! Sending positive vibes over that ocean!❤️🤍💙 And guys, I have a 4 year old. Im older but honestly I haven’t slept slept in years! You are probably exhausted to say the least. Rest is so detrimental especially with all that’s going on. Hi guys, Soo happy you are good Joe and Ida was ok at the hospital that made me happy 😊 I don't know you personally but your both like family! Right, how am I REALLY doing?!!? Well not too great I'm afraid 😒 my mum's health hasn't been great lately. She's been diagnosed with Angina and has been in hospital with it a couple of times and has been put on medication which isn't agreeing with her and she keeps stopping taking them which then makes her feel even worse. She was actually admitted to hospital on the 26.5 due to another Angina attack and was monitored. I wasn't able to go because we live in different towns. I'm worried about her all the time. We talk literally 4/5 times a day she's just great. We laugh a lot which keeps her happy me too of course! She's 85 but is so much fun to be around she's one of those people you can't take anywhere because she'll make me laugh at everything 🤣 sometimes people look at us and laugh themselves because she'll get them involved too! Oh, she was discharged the same day as she refused to stay overnight and said she will rest at home and they can give the bed to someone more needy than her! She's a retired nurse and they are the worst patients because they know everything!!! My husband and I and our little dog that she adores goes to her every month even though it's 108 miles away but she's my mum and I'd travel to the moon and back. We wanted to go down and take care of her but she insisted she is good. When we go down we take her out on her scooter and she loves it! She's a beach bum so we're always at the beach front with her scooter of course lol. Ok Joe you did say you wanted me to get personal or something along those lines 😊 I feel I know you 2 already that I love talking to you and that's why my messages are always long 🤣 I sometimes forget someone in another country is going to be reading my long comment! But we're all family here and I love it 😘 you 2 keep looking after yourself and I will too. Take care and can't wait to see your next video/vlog 😘😘🙏🙏👊🏻

Joe I'm so happy your health is wonderful it's good news to hear that also just keep yourself healthy and eat the right food no fried food because my son has a health problem and he just passed away this year you just turned 41 January the 13th and he passed away January the 17th but this year 2022 but anyway just take care of yourself and make sure you eat healthy and a lot of fruit and lot of vegetables so it's glad to see you guys once again to see your family back on RU-vid

Kids are extremely resilient and they will fall but won't truly hurt themselves as their bodies are relaxed as opposed to us bigger kids, we tend to tense up which is why we hurt more!!

Thanks for asking how we're doing. For me, I need lots of prayer as my health is not so great. I don't really have access to healthcare (no access to a doctor and long waitlists i.e 3-15 year wait for surgery) and my back pain is keeping me from work. Which means precarious finances. It's been this way for 5 years and I'm just trying not to give up at this point. However, seeing you guys really lifts my spirits and I can only wish upon a star to have a family filled with laughter and love like you guys portray in your videos.

Titan is at the age where he likes to explore and run around he is building up his muscles his stamina opening his lungs his posterior and generally gaining confidence ,I love how he is singing and doing the actions to the song great job keep doing these activities with him at home even though he goes to nursery. Joe l am happy to hear your health is progressing and things are on the up for you.Love you all look after my little man be careful in the park as animal (poo)can cause blindness if it gets into the eyes.
