Thank you for voicing the truth. So many times men deride women who step up to try to take on leadership roles when the real issue is men fail to do so and leave that role open. I am 67 yrs old and grew up seeing many women coming to church with the kids and be all alone- no husband or father leading spiritually. If women wanted their children to know about the Lord they had to take on the role of the spiritual leader because the man of the house was not filling that role. He had other so called more important things to do, golfing, fishing, sleeping, watching TV. Some even thought going to church would make them look weak. The opposite was true. They refused spiritual leadership because they WERE weak. Truth is women long for men to take on leadership and be their protective covering as Christ is to the church but many men don’t see it as a priority in their lives. I thank the Lord when I see men stepping up and being unashamed of the gospel and putting Christ first- because a man who does that will always have his family’s best interest at heart. So men who love the Lord- thank you for being an example of what men should be.

I am a part of a group of Christian women. We have waited for years for a male representative of the Lord Jesus Christ to speak truth in the area of male, female, family, church roles! It's almost nonexistent in this world. Thank you, pastor Mark Driscoll. May the Lord protect, and keep you, and keep you on the "air" for others to come into the lost truths of our bible. We've used your teachings in a women's bible study. We are in prayer for our families, our husbands and church leaders in our community. God bless you!

Have lost my daughter to the trans community. My heart is broken, But for God. Please pray that Lanie’s eyes and heart open to Gods truth and she repents and becomes the woman God has made her to be. My father's side of the family was steeped in the occult. My dad was a spiritist, his grandfather an aura reader among other things and his great aunt and uncle were channelers of demonic spirits. I was following in those footsteps- I was a fortune tellers- until the Lord grabbed hold of my life 38 years ago. Now my parents are saved and I'm waiting for God to work on my brother. God is so good!!!❤

I love how everyone is focusing so much on the tone of the backdrop. It's so dark and scary! I guess those same people haven't taken a look around them at the world they're living in, or even worse, the sin they're surrounded by. The world is a dark and scary place, and Jesus is the only light that can bring us out of that darkness!

I am so thankful / grateful for this sermon series. My “introduction” to Pastor Mark was in October 2013! Very low time in my life. God led me to a church where a Men’s Bible study was in a series with Pastor Mark!! His message and being with those men at that time helped keep me together and pull me out of the valley! This is one of the strongest sermon series yet (believe and pray there will be more). I did buy the study guide and that is so helpful! Let’s do this Pastor Mark! As a public school teacher in California, my brook is drying up. Hurts me. Being a public school teacher has been a part of my life for thirty years!!However drying up my brook is what God wants it to be! I am preparing myself for the firehose of affirmation that will come from our LORD! Thank you Pastor Mark!!

Amazing talk. This really does help us go more torwards the Lord as well as help us dealing with abusive people. People who are "nice" and tolerate abusive people make others suffer and are used in conjunction to harm people. this helps so much

I do love the truth spoken from this pastor. Oh how we need godly men in our families and men that are head of household, not the other way around. I’m tired of seeing this over and over. I have been robbed of this privilege of having a spiritual leader. Long story that sometimes I just can’t believe how this happens to someone who has followed the Lord. I am so against feminism! That is the first mistake women make in their relationships with the husbands . Lord Jesus please wake up the flock 🙏

Mark Driscoll is the prophet out of the woods! I've never heard of him until just recently and now I'm enjoying his sermons. I would say he is very similar to Jack Hibbs.

This is such great teaching! at some point, could you please share a sermon/teaching on how to overcome the damage that's been done and especially forgive yourself for what you've allowed and how to go forward if you have been an Ahab or Jezebel in your past?

I am new to Mark's preaching and will continue to listen. The music at the beginning with the moaning and excessive beat was not uplifting. I grew up with hymns, moved to modern worship, and now find myself back listening to Hymns.

Hey Mark, thanks for making the sermons available online to all of us who do not live in Arizona. Can you give more information on tolerance, I felt convicted in one specific area that I allowed myself to be deceived on & watered down truth thinking I was loving. However, I think there is a lot more to this and I would love an in-depth understanding. Maybe you can do a whole teaching on what tolerance looks like, in our liberal societies showing what the Bible says, versus what current culture says. Thanks.

This is a sermon i really wish i had been there to attend. I love how Pastor Mark preaches. So clear, refreshing and uplifting. He brings the word to life in this day so we can recognize what needs to change within ourselves. Repentance is so recognizable in this way. Praise God.

Talking about that where I live it brings fear , I always feel fear and anxiety when I play his videos around where I live.. many people around us still drink and take drugs everyday finding the balance before they where commit real horrific crimes, am sure christians understand that dark energy in this word is very powerful thing , because alot of people depressed and miserable , I just dont know why i feel more fear and scared when i watch his videos around the area i live , I always feel like the people start coming against you .. this is not a joke , when i didnt pay attention to my habits and usage porngraphy , life was different

I wasa woman who jad to lead because I had no spouse. As one comment below said, most men don't want to lead spiritually. I had a friend who said the same thing. Honestly, most men DO NOT WANT TO follow another man. They see pastors in leadership as "wolves". Possibly as competitive to their authority. I was a single parent and I never had a choice.

Iv recently found Mark's ministry..LOVE LOVE LOVE his preaching..I don't agree with all his doctrine ideology but that dint get in the way of a amazing sermon and the truth of the gospel .believers need to stop bickering over the small stuff .if the desth ,burial, and resurrection is the message for salvation .we can learn and edify one another

Pastor mark- please preach on men and women sleeping apart when married- I’m not happy sleeping away from my husband- he snores bad- but I crave his protection and intimacy.. not sexual necessarily but just being close to him at night bc he works all day and evening. I feel lonely sleeping alone. It’s really affecting my connection with my husband.
