So Good! Exactly,, on point. All of it. I recognize that my parents did the best that they could. They clearly did not have a friend like me, and definitely needed more love. I also do as you say when relationships go in a different direction - I turn inward to 1) grieve; and 2) look for every way I can improve given what I contributed to the breakup. Whenever I would meet men (or women) who would within the conversation) begin speaking negatively about an ex (friend and/or lover) - I would always say "so what about your energy would attract someone to you that you consider ...." It always gives us areas to work on ourselves. Why would we enter a relationship such as this. Once you can take full responsibility it is really where the growth happens. That is not to say that behaviors are acceptable when they are harmful coming from another person - yet ...why did we choose it. Love this video. Sending lots of love and hugs to you.

Most people, and everyone in New Age circles have no idea what Jung meant by shadow work. People talk about shadow work and have never read a book by Jung, never picked up The Red Book, do not understand his life and how his ideas and theories changed as he grew older. Shadow work retreats or classes is all a joke. Jung pretty much had a psychotic break doing shadow work, that is how deep it is.

Yes is the simple answer lol, Now why or for what purpose Is this for a better living the human experience or shall we say finding true self, Because it seems in one way this is aall very relevant but in another not so much. anyway as usual you make a good little vid and speak a great deal of sense..
