All stick buttons sound like this unless you get silent buttons which aren't really silent but quieter. That's why I use pad even though the D pad sucks

not to worry, he’s on a qanba obsidian, which come with sanwa buttons, which can really take a beating. they’ve been japan standard since the early arcade days and steadily improved for decades! so you know they’re built to last considering these buttons are field tested with angry japanese salarymen smashing the cabinets whenever they’re salty everyday LOL not to mention, the buttons easily replaceable- the stick boxes themselves are ridiculously durable too, so there’s no worry there.

@@zumba.c with games like SFV it's not really the pad that bugs me. It is the 3xP 3xK buttons that need to be used. I never have liked having to mix face buttons with shoulder buttons for combos and such. A shame you can't use the analog buttons or the TouchPad button for stuff like V Shift or V Trigger or whatever.

Resources vs no resources. A solid normal will usually be relatively better than a very good super, because a normal is available at all times.

@@emeraldmann1329 thr comment was specifically aimed at the massively different dmg average oro has off of a comeback mechanic. Its not really a risk to lose half your life when one touch leads to the same amount of dmg you took to get it if not more and of course since you just did a combo. Your likely in an advantageous position like the corner and if not, oki at least characters like Boxer who and karin who are good at getting dmg off pokes WITH Vtrigger included do not get the same dmg as a low risk poke conversion with oro v trigger. The dmg isnt consisent with oro. He get slightly.below average dmg and then with v trigger he outclasses the dmg of most characters even with weird urien reflector resets for one bar. If v trigger wasnt an every round thing its be alot more justifiable. The only real think keeping it from being insanely frustrating is that oros pokes arent the best range despite v trigger locking them in blockstun (but thats another conversation)

@@Brian_F hmmm yeah...maybe one more patch lol. I thought Rose was very solid fundamentally like her IV counterpart but missing in having as powerful normals...no longer the case apparently lol

I think she's considered air born so the move makes her unthrowable

@@Brian_F That description conveniently omits the fact that she needs meter to both convert into a full combo and make it plus. I'm just comparing it to an example of another throw bait move, except that one's confirmable into a light, on a much faster character, and leads to higher damage and stun conversions both meterless and metered (the disparity only gets wider in the corner). I don't deny st.mk is super good, but maybe not singlehandedly shoots her into "Is Rose top tier??!!1?" territory
