Here are my strategies that helped me to restore my thinning hair: a. Avoid excess heat products on ur hair & scalp, b. Keep your scalp area clean, c. Do apply reactivate hair growth serum by liitleexttra, d. Use cooco onion oil on a regular basis, e. Go for a natural hair mask, f. Avoid combing on damp hairs, g. you are right about one thing, if there is some deficiency in vitamins or harmonal imbalance neither rosemery nor minoxidil would be of much help. My hair is falling like crazy and putting oil on or putting anything on it makes it worse. It wasn't like this few years ago and I could use any oil I wanted.

Minioxdil is temporary solution to prolong baldness. Show results early in compare to Essential oils. Because natural things take time and lots of patience. 😅 Rosemary works best when it is mixed with peppermint essential oil with Castor or Jojoba carrier oil. For dandruff anyone can use diluted Apple cider vinegar or mild baby shampoo with 2 drops of Tea tree oil. If this is done in a proper way in early stages of baldness with continuity then this can be more effective than temporary chemical solution. And most important don't take stress, Don't smoke and consume alcohol , eat healthy foods, and live good lifestyle. Natural DHT blockers is also helpful, like Saw palmetto, pumpkin seeds . If anyone is in starting phase of hairloss must go to dermatologist to know real reason why your hair is falling. In early stages you can go through natural way. But if you are in 4-5th stage go for that chemical. But your hair will not grow back once pores have closed.🙂

Exactly 💯, rosemary might work if used twice a day and also depending on type of hair loss, results will vary. Minoxidil is extremely effective however it has it's own cons as well like topically it aggravates my migraine and I experienced initial shedding phase for 8 weeks , which was scary. But after it stopped, I continued seeing thick hair, immense hair growth which rosemary had never given me in short time. Several years ago, i had used rosemary lavender oil diluted in carrier oils, it took more than a year, to see some growth and thickness but with Minoxidil I saw results within 6 months 😀. I am now going to incorporate Redensyl biocapil based serums as well ,as research on those is promising, I had used one from Minimalist last year, but it didn't benefit me at all, so I will try from some other brand, I was diagnosed with chronic telogen effluvium, vit d and iron deficiency, so I am incorporating supplements as well.
