Only a couple of SU-57s actually had thrust vectoring installed. There might be an upgrade for the fleet later but it seems like they are still ironing out kinks.

Russia initially invaded Afghanistan and lost! America went to Afghanistan only to get Osama and Al-Qaida out that was the objective that was accomplished! Check your history that part of the world has always had issues since beginning of time for 1 reason or another with the ethnicities that are in the country. Iraq was another mission which initially involved getting them out of Kuwait which was accomplished and things would have been ok if not for George Bush lying about weapons of mass destruction which didnt exist at that time, that led to Suddam being overthrown and the entire region set into a spin cycle that cant be stopped!!!!! Along the hundreds of thousands of civilians have died but get this America didnt start what was already a lit fuse beginning with the Palestinian & Isreali issue where there are many players in the world and region who dont want that issue ever resolved for their own selfish reasons!
i used to be a big fan of the su planes. i thought they were amazing... but real world tests in the ukraine have proven russia to be nothing more than a paper tiger.
