Valarqvin is able to both hold left lane and kill Zarro quickly enough that we don't need another healer, allowing the reduction to 4ops. The attack down also comes in clutch. Sorry about the clumsy pauses, Mayer cycle kinda tight and wanted to make sure to get things right.

Really neat Valarqvin showcase here. Super cool to see how well she can handle the left lane while also seein' why she can work against certain types of stats so well. That final Bison moment is just fun too, seein' the damage he's takin' and then seein' said damage fall off a cliff with the necrosis pop. Good goin'!

Thanks, she really pulls a lot of weight here. Looking at it now could probably have adjusted the bar from before the phase change better to be able to delay the Bison skill activation for a safer and cleaner kill but oh well, it worked anyway.

Using necrosis debuff its so smart, i actually forgot it exists, since i remember it only as DOT and nothing else.

Thanks! Proud of this one so glad to see you comment. In the end I knew from cn and last year's 5ops from Kein that Mayer is great for this boss, so it was mostly about figuring out a cycle that lets her put in more weight so I can have Hibiscus facing down and get rid of a healer. With the second part only being possible thanks to Valarqvin's necrosis being able to handle Zarro, which was the idea I started with for this clear.

No, he's taking damage, just very little at that point and getting healed back. Valarqvin's 50% weakening goes hard. p2 Zarro has 1815 atk so that's 656 per hit to off-skill Bison and the two-hit combo attacks shred his HP bar really fast. But once necrosis procs that get's halved, putting Zarro's attack below than Bison's defense, so he's dealing a mere ~90 per hit.
