i don't get his end game either, he's 60 and clearly not fully into this relationship. she seems to have enough self confidence to stand up for herself and not be pushed around by him which looks like it bothers him. his vainness also concerns me as well! i don't think they'll last but i wish the best for both of them.

"if this surgery is where we're starting, where are we going to go?" I think I just clocked it. Hes scared she will go all the way. He wants her birth parts under the belt to stay exactly the way they are and doesn't care one bit about her contentment with herself, that's why he keeps bring up sex. The allegations of this dude being kind of a creep are not being beaten this day 😭

Doctors telling patients their results will be perfect is unrealistic, maybe Shawn is just trying to be more realistic in case the surgery doesn't get her the results she wants immediately.

In a way, it's sad though. Shawn fell in love with a man, not a woman. I'm sure seeing Alliyah changing hurts him. I think it's a bittersweet thing. I feel for both of them!

I was suprised that Shawn wanted the open relationship. You would think the younger partner would be more likely to think this way. Aleah would look more feminine if she wasnt quite so muscular. She will get there. She is beautiful and seems sweet.

I don't think for a second that Shawn is accepting his boyfriend trying to turn into a girl. Shawn is GAY, he likes boys, not girls.. this won't work and they are just extending an unrealistic story line to have content for the show.

Aliyah is so beautiful as he is. He's like a work of art and his defined bone structure is also what himself him look very beautiful. Its sad to watch this Also because people are not at all considering karmic laws. Because it is not good the plastic surgeons also end up in hell. But who cares about their afterlife right. If only people would realize that's what really mattered and that Life is a preparation for death. Just think abt what u wanna have on your life review.

Sean needs to end this relationship. He will be dealing with this dude Douglass being insecure and trying to change his body. The surgeries start at 100k and move up. He shouldn't waste his money or time on this guy. Move on, brother, move on. Let this person find someone else to support his lifestyle . Douglass sees him as a piggy bank.

@butterpecan977 it's not tranphobia, I'm a transgender myself and would never drag an old man. He states over and over that he Is gay and is attracted to men. The reason he's with him is bc of who he was when he fell in love with him, now he is a she therefore it will never work out. It's sad that the first thing you see is transphobia. I'm being reasonable for them both.
