For REAL😢 I keep telling her "mom, you need to start saving!" And she goes "but it's a steal!" YES. STEAL AFTER STEAL YOU SPENT LIKE 200€ YOU DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY
I think that color is really beautiful for her complexion, and I hope she keeps it. The last look was super cute, and I liked the look with the black top and the belt too
No it’s not her color, her hair is dark and her complexion is pale. This washed her out and over powers her complexion. If this was a sky blue it could work.
I initially thought that it would be impossible to style that skirt, however I absolutely loved the end result! Very cleaver way of totally changing up the original style...keep it!
I’m just gonna start using this queen’s outfits as inspo for character outfit designs cuz I have absolutely ZERO sense of fashion and everything she makes is so creative and GORGEOUS!!!
“Why did I buy it? It’s was on sale and I was greedy” This makes much sense, I shall think of this next time I’m bagging a bargain I won’t wear. Cheers
My best friend came home in a huge bright purple jumper once and I LOVED IT, she said she bought it because when she saw it she thought "if I saw a stranger in the street wearing that I'd have to compliment them and ask where they got it" and now I never buy anything unless I feel the same way! 🥰❤️
This is really true. As much as I love sales, they’re not good for me because 80% of the time I’ll end up with something I won’t wear and then I’ll have to go through the pain of saying goodbye to something I didn’t even get to wear.
@@silh3345 Same, I really lovessss high heels but I always walk to go to my work so what's the points of me buying a tonssss (during sales) but end up wearing flats 😭😭😭😭
If it doesn't spark joy, you don't need it in your closet, unless it has a specific purpose. (Formal event, dirty job, painting, etc.) I call them, emergency clothes, because they are clothes I don't wear, unless I NEED to wear them.
Right?! I was all, damn adding that. I just made it into a wicked cute outfit that even I'd try it out! Makes me sad thinking of the long skirts I had growing up. I could've done this!
Just so you know: I’m 68, retired, in shape and you have forever changed how I now dress. I’m much more confident in taking chances with my “finds” and style my wardrobe with the attitude of Andrea! Following Andrea is so much fun. Happy to have discovered this positivity and totally unique approach to SM and fashion! Andrea, you ROCK!!!
I honestly needed the positivity from your post. That is awesome to hear! I hope you continue finding your confidence in how you see yourself and your style :)
I'm "just" 30 and for a while I've been styling a little out of the normal and as soon as I made it I got 100% happier. But Andrea's ideas give me new inspirations, they don't apply for my everyday routine, they're a little too fancy, but they inspire me a lot! I love these small pieces of styling happiness ☺️
You are amazing!!! I would say sell it because you seem really dejected about it. I really enjoy watching your process ❤❤❤❤. Thank you for being transparent here.
I personally liked the pink sweater combo best. I am not the biggest fan of waist cinches but that is just me. The boots were an excellent match to offset the delicate fabric
Girl, I have no fashion sense at all, but I absolutely adore your attitude and how you’re so creative with mixing and matching your clothes and finding balance in all you try on!! I definitely want to try yours looks because they are so cute!
@@kakyoinnoriaki8387 Do you know Chriselda in real life? If not, then how can you disagree? She stated, "I have no fashion sense... " which is a comment about herself not Andrea.
@@ekitten02 Thank You. That is what I ment. I’m a basic T-shirt and jeans girl (not that there is anything wrong with that) but sometimes I wanna dress nice like Andrea. She is fashionable and bold her looks. Gives me inspiration on what I could try out.
I adore this comment and I think many of us are here for just this reason - because Andrea is very creative in her approach to clothing. Creative, but also, like you said, balanced - so her outfits don't seem like "too over the top", but rather like "fancy, but I'd wear it too". Wish you luck in finding your own style and challenging yourself more fashion-wise 💗 Cause hey, it's the reason why fashion exists - to have some fun with it and feel cute (or weird/mysterious, or bossy and powerful, or anything you like xD)
@@Lunathiel_ aww thank you! I recently went to Ross to get me belts like Ballina and started trying different styles of shirts/blouses. Slowly trying on skirts. I nervous because I’m self conscious about my big calves and bats wings…. But I’m working through that. Andrea really gives me more directions and suggestions on what I could try and so far so good.
Omg I love it so much!! It's like a punk rock/raver hybrid. Maybe it's not an everyday look, but it's an absolute knockout for a concert or edgy art show, performance art, etc.
The color is lovely on you, and what you did with the last look was fun! If you did keep the skirt, I hope you wear that look and get dozens of compliments
I would 100% keep and wear. A lot of old clothing styling techniques require large garments to be pleated or belted to create the "in style" figure. I love seeing people with your kind of creativity revolutionizing otherwise ugly or boring pieces. The look is beautiful btw!
the last look is giving hannah montana in her rock era, and this is a compliment!!! i love how you can style literally anything without making it look tacky or like you tried too hard, such a good eye!!
This is the differnce between someone with a fashion sense (you) and someone with NO fashion sense (me): I would never be able to think of styling it any other way than it’s intended use. You look GORGEOUS!
same! i knew of the making it a dress trick (from being too short for maxi skirts 😅) but i wouldve just stopped there! belinda really makes it stunning
I think the outfit looks really cute at the end! You make everything work honestly! I love your fashion sense. Personally I wouldn't sell it, but the real question is do you love it? I might try to ask my aunt ( she makes clothes ) if she can remake it because I would love to try that on!
@@TheMaggieMango it is cute. May I ask a question about your avatar? I am renting, and was out back recently. I noticed that symbol by the back door. Appears to be lightly etched into the cement. I'm not sure how long it's been there. Is that a pentagram? Should I be worried?
@@recoveringsoul755 the upright pentagram is a sign of protection in the Wiccan faith! The upside down pentagram is the one typically associated with satanists.
Holy hell! How did she do that? She's like the fairy godmother of _Cinderella._ "Here, put on this actual pumpkin. Magi-ka-magic... A-a-and *BOOM* you'll knock 'em dead at the ball."
I think it looked great with the original blk top and white cardigan you had on. Simple color combo works best. Especially that beautiful blue with your black hair and blk top
Dude, that's giving some SERIOUS Cindy Lauper vibes from the 80s. Add a cropped jean jacket with the sleeves rolled and some chunky accessories and that would look amazing with some volume in the hair Edit; acid dye the jean jacket too, or just throw bleach spots on it and you've got an 80s throwback
Thank you! And honestly I’m not an expert by far, but the blue skirt looks like some sort of petticoat to me too, but I could be wrong. What do you think?
