Is Six a Villain or a Victim? | Little Nightmares 2 Theory

After finishing Little Nightmares 2, many people decide that Six is a villain. But is it possible that she is actually a victim?
Is there more going on here?
In this video I give my theories and opinions on why Six does what she does in Little Nightmares 2.
Remember, these are just fun theories, I am not presenting them as factual, and the beauty of Little Nightmares is that you can explain it however you like!

I think Six realized that if she rescued Mono, then Mono is the only one who will cross the TV because he is the only one who has that ability and she will die alone, so I think that she somehow absorbed his powers on the bridge so she can cross the TV and survive! And Mono lost his ability to transport to catch up with six or even to survive. you can notice that the thin man appeared to be glitched at the beginning of the game, but Mono or (the new thin man) seems to look like a normal human in despair.

It’s more she saw his eyes and realized mono was the thin man. She realized something wasn’t right with him and let him go out of fear that mono would end up doing something bad in the future if she were to have saved him. But there is a lot of interpretations to the story.

I have read another theory about this where Six knowing that Mono has the ability to go through Transmission she grabbed him to be able to take some of his powers. Knowing that she cant do that herself and when she has taken some of his powers she disposed of him. Six has the ability to take others powers Knowing that she took The Lady's power at the ending of Little Nightmares 1

Mono didn’t just disturb her music box isolation. In fact, when he comes, she’s non aggressive and shuffles towards him when he calls for her. Almost like she might just follow him out if she could. He can run right up to her and touch her and she won’t harm him. Hit her with the axe and she just shoved him (non lethally) away. It’s only when he harms the box that she becomes angry and afraid. It seems to physically pain her, perhaps because the music box is part of anchoring the change to her body or perhaps it’s just terror knowing that while she has it she’s ‘safe’ and by destroying it, Mono is dragging her back out into the world of monsters and fear. In a way, by trying to save her, Mono condemns her to a worse fate.
@sundalosketch4769
@sundalosketch4769 3 года назад
It's even worse when she scoots out even more on the second call, she puts down the music box in front of her as if to say "sit and listen with me" That shows she did see him as someone worth her while, someone worth sharing her comfort with, she trusted her most precious feelings and her most precious item to him. Yeah it’s so jarring that other people don’t actually notice this. Even the strategy of “calling her” to misdirect her and hit her music box becomes traumatic at the end (she starts whimpering and cowering when she hears mono’s voice - like she associates it with pain). The whole thing is sad cause it can be an allegory for real life. Sometimes you do things that hurt people thinking it’s the right thing to do, even if you they’d end up hating you for it. Especially in this case where Six is a kid - more so in a messed up world where her life is constantly threatened. Mono’s probably the only person she remotely connected with, so in her head, it seemed like he was the one who betrayed her first. It’s as if she’s coming to terms with what she thinks as “abuse” (she might have been abused before) and finally deciding not to take any more of it.

13:29 “Time is broken, we don’t know how long she’s been in there for” That is such a good point. The Six that was calling for Mono behind the TV is definitely not the one who Mono reverted back to normal, metaphorically speaking. Whatever happened to her in the tower changed her for better or for worse... we don’t really know. But what we do know is that Six was mainly angry at Mono for extracting her from her fantasy, her perspective is very different from Mono’s. To her, she felt safe being alone in a room of solicitude, and then Mono came in and ruined everything. Just like you said, Six followed her instincts and caught him, but ultimately decided that she didn’t need him anymore. It’s really sad that this happened to them, they didn’t deserve it at all.

@@Themightystar5000 That's contradicted by what we see in the game though. Every single time the Thin Man lures Mono to a TV with the broadcast signal, it's Six who saves him and pulls him out. I just realized why we only see the girls raincoat float to the surface but never see her body, I originally thought that the girl may have actually survived but I just noticed that at the very end it appears the pretender may have actually caught her and if so used her ability to make her dissapear, which as we've seen, causes the body of the victim to seemingly shrink or evaporate, leaving their clothes behind.

I would like to add that this is incredibly likely as there are two particle effects that play as they hit the water, a clear splash from the girl hitting the water, however just as the pretender hits the water and thereby hit the girl, a blue light effect under the water plays at the same time as the second splash. For me this means the pretender's power went off underwater and the flash was the result, leaving only the raincoat.

@@kieshaanwebb915 I know the idea behind it. The Six flashed when she puts on the coat in 2. My problem is there is no guarantee it is the same coat and the hunger bouts themselves don't start until the very end of the game. Six has no sign of any actual abilities outside of being hungry until after eating the lady. Plus Dark Six is almost explicitly shown to have been created when Thin Man takes six and splits her in some way. The pretender passing her powers onto an object doesn't really make sense in the grand scheme of things as the only instances of power infused objects brings them to life.

I like this theory, a lot of the ones I've seen tend to forget or kind of ignore the fact that these are children we're talking about. Most adults couldn't handle the stuff these kids go through in these games and as someone who has been around small kids practically my whole life I can tell you that, Six's response doesn't seem that far fetched to me. Children often have trouble with emotions since they're young and don't have that all sorted yet and won't for a very long time. Some can be quick to anger and hold grudges and considering the fact that 1) Mono didn't help save her from the thin man and when he tried he couldn't. 2) Him not helping her lead to her becoming the monster and god only knows how being turned into something like that would feel like. 3) He destroys her music box, she's already stuck in this awful form and all she wants is some peace. And the transformation from her monster form to her "normal" self was obviously painful, evidenced by her screams and cries when it happens. Six has every reason, in her mind, to be mad at Mono and in those final moments, her anger prevaled, leading to her dropping him. And she also probably had some reasons to it, including the ones mentioned above it was also Mono who let the thin man free, if Mono hadn't done that, Six wouldn't have had to go through the (most likely) traumatic experience of being turned into a monster. She might've been afraid it would happen again.

Something that I noticed even in my first playthrough of Little Nightmares II is that Six is _scared_ of Mono, even before the Thin Man becomes a factor. Three times she pulls you back from the TV to save you, and with each increasing time you ignore her wishes and return to messing with your powers, she trusts you less. Look at her animations right after she pulls Mono from the TV - the first time, she just seems confused and concerned, but the second time, she flinches away as Mono moves to gets up, scooting away a little bit before getting up herself. It's even worse the third time she pulls him out - she scrambles away from him frantically before the appearance of the Thin Man distracts her. She knows that Mono is messing with things he can't control, and she knows that she's in danger because of his actions (which is true, since she was the one who ended up being taken). I know I'm in the minority with this opinion, but I fully sympathise with her dropping Mono in the end. She kept ending up in horrible situations because she was following him.
@mizree

But also the reason he takes her in the first place is cause she was the one that dropped him and left him trapped i think? Then again this theory dosent work to me since the only reason mono is attracted to the TV is because his older version is behind the door. this is beautifully explained. Six didn’t dropped Mono out of nowhere, I dont know why people fail to realize that. Mono did a lot of things which led to this (messing with TVs even though they’re clearly dangerous, causing the Thin man to appear and not helping Six when he took her, destroying the music box… without mentionning the fact Six probably recognized Mono as the Thin Man and the fact all the eyes of the signal towers were only looking at Mono. @janinebelleestrada7096
@janinebelleestrada7096 3 года назад
Or maybe just maybe, she stopped thinking or at least feeling at all. What if the food for the hunger that was meant to suffice Six isn’t really food, but the hunger for the emotions and heart she lost when the thin man took her and left her glitch soul behind. What if the hunger was her affection for Mono that cured her fear and trauma albeit filled that empty void that made her decide to leave her safe space, Mono was the one who introduced what friendship and trust means. Despite of Mono hiding in fear of thin man, she would’ve forgave him but her soul, her heart the glitch was left behind. And the Six in little nightmares is nothing but a husk that is filled with nothing but emptiness and incessant hunger. The six in the tower isnt the six Mono and the players knew, but shes the six that was regressed into her fearful self just as the first time we saw her. My best example was from a folk story we have about the evil king. He was a fearful child and was forced to fend for himself, alone, desperate and hungry and the room he was imprisoned in was his safe space until a prince took him out of his prison and spent his youth with him as his adoptive brother, until the prince grew up and became king, his friend become distant and at some point disdainful because the king started buying slaves from across kingdoms and he didn’t like it, reminded him of his life when he was sold as one along with his siblings. He started a resistance, and the throne was usurped and all the royals were killed, all except one, the king. He asked the king to where he brought the slaves and what he did to them, He simply answered, they work in the palace’s grounds as his wards and caretakers, gave them food and shelter and far from abuse. He retorted, “you liar!” And striked the kings head off with one swoop. Only later to find out that the king was right, not only that the former slaves have bought a house of their pwn had families of their own and arent even slaves because they have wages that can afford them to buy their own land. And only worked for the king out of gratitude. The man was in distraught to have striken down his dear friend and brother, and that everything he did was for the sake of those people who were slaves just as he did for him, out of grief he took his own life. He wasn’t a king though, more like a sultan/ feudal lord. But either way the story reminded me of little nightmares

I totally agree with this. You gotta remember that Six is very young and her losing people she trusts, trying to save them, and even almost dying it's a lot for someone her age to take in. I do believe that she has been warped by the darkness due to other theory's heard. All the character in the game so far seem to have a dark interest, motivation, etc. And in my opinion I think these characters were warped into what that the desire or whatever it is. Maybe because she was in that realm, and ended up turning into a huge creature due to her insecurities and the representation of them in physical for, a part of that follows her when she turned back normal Actually, I don't know if this sounds stupid, but maybe that's all the creatures are like; they become warped and shaped into a physical version of their desires, insecurities, etc. I think of that because of a comic a read that is kind of like this on webtoon, called home sweet home. Everyone has some kind of parasite in they're brains, and they end up changing into what they desire most, becoming horrifying creatures and turns the world into an apocalypse world, maybe it's the same thing here, just the plot and story is a bit different

So, I’m saying this before I watch the video but this is my theory, when six turned into a monster, the reason it was so fast for her to turn into one was because she was controlled since the beginning, her monster was always holding the music box, which was what she had been holding in the beginning when we find her, she also drew the tower and lots of tally marks, meaning they trapped her there for a long time, and have her mental state under control, she’s just fighting against that feeling with the music box, which she is emotionally attached to, so as a monster it’s what’s keeping her as a monster, which explains why when you break it, she goes back to normal, this can also prove that everyone in the little nightmares world used to be normal. Now, after six returns, she knows the feeling of being one of the distorted monsters, and the monsters you turn into are just your biggest fear/s, furthermore explaining why the music box was so special to her in monster form. So, with that in mind, the whole thing ties into when six drops Mono, it’s because when Mono lost his mask, she recognized that he was the thin man, you can see her think wether or not she should drop him, and thinking that if Mono dies, the thin man would never really happen, but it really just starts the time line over and over again. Going over to Mono and the thin man, the whole thing is a time paradox, so the thin man, previously mono, is actually trying to help present mono, to escape with her, when he kills you it’s because he’s under the tower’s control, but you can see that when present mono “defeats” thin man with his powers, you can see the thin man hold up his hand, telling mono to stop because he knows that he lost the paper bag there, starting it over again. Short Version, Six is a Victim

I think in Little nightmare 2, Six actually didn't want to hurt Mono, considering how she helps Mono til the end, I am not sure why she drops Mono, but the action she snaps her hand out like she has touched something creepy and drops Mono, there should be some reason why she dropped him. She kinda cared him everytime she pulls out Mono from Television. So it could be too ridiculous if she dropped him because she is.. well.. scary bitc. Some people theorize the reason of betrayal is because Mono looks like thin man, or whatever but I am not sure. there were many hat skins that can see his face long time ago, you know which means, WE GOD DAMN NEED LITTLE NIGHTMARE 3 or maybe other Mobile game This is the first time I want to play more big franchise game in mobile If you hadn't played the very little nightmare, go ahead it is worth a penny

I think it's because she didn't even recognize him lol. The whole time she's known him he's had a bag over his head (she never saw his face) and that before she drops him she tilts her head as if confused by what she's seeing; pair that with the Thin Man taking something away from Six (her shadow self who I think left a hole so big in Six that she compensates by her intense hunger) that she just drops him. Why would you help a complete stranger in that terrifying world? She might've connected the dots in the ending when she looks a little shaken, but by then she has bigger issues to tackle, like the beginning of her crippling hunger. I hope that if they make a third game it's about Six trying to reconnect with her lost part.

If you’ve seen the datamining video that shows Mono’s face as he ages into the Thin Man, you can see that Mono as a child looks absolutely nothing like the Thin Man. So I just don’t buy the idea that Six “recognizes” him as the Thin Man and that’s why she drops him. I think her survivor’s instinct has gotten so toxic that while she started out with relatively good intentions, she did eventually succumb to her darkness and became a full on villain.

Yeah but uh, his hat was on the whole time until the encounter with the thin man, so there's gotta be a reason that happened, yeah? I don't think the developers would do that for no reason. Shadow Six doesn't seem to appear like the other remnants potentially left behind by the thin Man as the coat is left behind meanwhile we have never seen clothing or so much as a variation in hairstyle amongst the Remnants. I can't ignore the fact that Six did some twisted things along the game that has nothing to do with surviving, like breaking the fingers of one of the hands in the hospital while waiting for Mono, or sitting in front of the incinerator while the doctor was burning inside alive (also eating a nome in the first game) But talking about the end I just see her decision was logical. In case it's a genuine question: the tower is able to mutate matter like that, or rather, everything inside the tower might very well not be real. It was just a few minutes ago that Mono was surrounded by pulsating flesh, it was only when he sat down and grabbed his head in fear that everything formed into an empty room. Just like Mono was able to form the city when battling the Thin Man, I think Mono is able to form everything around him as he grows up, but at the same time I think the tower made him lose himself in the process until Mono was gone and the Thin Man remained.

Six is a victim who turned into a half-villain due to the tragedy's and the suffering she went through.She takes that on mono and however stand in her way through her journey trying to stop the signal.This little girl has a traumatized life and as I said she takes it on everyone else because she thinks everyone is out to get her. That's why in Little Nightmares1 she absorbs the lady' power and sucks the life out of the residence who come to eat. So basically six is a VICTIM who has a extreme amount of hatred which is normal in the real world. So yeah SIX IS A VICTIM through my perspective.

Cool ideas, for me Six always seemed almost entirely instinctual; eating the Nome when the hunger is too bad, taking help only when it's needed, very little loyalty, having to be reminded to help Mono the first time as she was going to just wander off after he did the bridge for her etc. In the Signal Tower it's about the same only her small perspective is even smaller and she's like an actual animal version of herself, attacking blindly when disturbed etc. I kind of assumed if she wasn't all there during that sequence then when she's "normal" again, her memory isn't of being saved but of Mono messing with her and hurting her, she's got almost no time to process and it's not like Mono explained what was happening so she's rushing and confused - really great story-telling to let us personalize the story in our understanding 🙏

This doesn’t discount my trauma, but I still need to be able to manage it in a healthy way that doesn’t negatively effect the people around me. If one isn’t careful, trauma can breed more trauma, which is the last thing anyone wants. In this case, Six allowed her trauma to get the better of her and in turn sacrificed one of the few good people in her life.

My theory if you bother readimg it: The hunter is the true hero of this story. Maybe somehow he knew that Six is a threat to world so he imprisioned her. And the music box is made by him to keep Six distracted from escaping. The reason why I think he made the music box is that in the world of little nightmares, there isn't anyone who has a gun or even any mentioned of guns in the game so maybe he has the engineering skills to make a gun and those bear traps, like how on earth can you find or buy that many bear traps. So maybe give my man Hunter some credit here also we don't really know that he is really dead or not so there could be a chance that he will be in the third game and give us explanations why he got Six imprisioned.

One thing that I always notice in the moment where the Thin Man takes Six is that like the other times when the Thin Man gets close Mono slows down and eventually when they're close enough Mono holds his head shakes it a bunch and seems to be in pain. Also; By the time Six has been distorted, I feel like she's already lost all trust or need for Mono. She's realized not only can she at least somewhat survive on her own, she's already gotten into so much trouble because of him, and been "betrayed" in her eyes, that she doesn't want him around anymore. But that moment in the signal tower, notice something. At first, when Mono gets close to Six, she cowers away, as though afraid he'll betray her or get her into more trouble again, taking her away from her music box like he did at the start. But then, Mono calls to her, seemingly offering his safety and comfort. Saying "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you, you're safe with me." Of course, that's not entirely what Mono was doing, but it might be what Six interpreted it as because I don't think she *realizes* entirely that she's been distorted. So, not entirely wanting to be alone herself, she decides to trust him. One last time, she puts all of her trust into Mono, hoping for comfort and company in her own loneliness. She even puts out her music box, something she guards with her *life,* for him to look at, and touch. She's sharing it with him, putting her trust in him. But what does Mono do? He takes advantage of her trust, "again" in her eyes. He breaks the music box with no remorse and while he's just trying to help, Six doesn't see it that way. He's just taken her last shred of hope and trust and ripped it to pieces before shoving it into a blender and pouring it into the void. He's betrayed her and hurt her so many times, and by the end when now their situations are reversed? Now that he's putting trust in Six, depending on her for his survival? She does what any child would do if someone was mean to them or hurt them. She repays him in full, breaking his trust just like he did to her. But while for most children this might mean taking a cookie from someone without permission because they did it to you first, this is leaving someone to die because, well, he did it to her first.

The reason she dropped Mono was paranoia, because she didn’t want him to die by her later. There’s an achievement called “It’s crueler to let him live.” That was her thoughts when she dropped Mono, she didn’t want to but she had to or else Mono would get eaten by her, even if she let Mono live and they went to the maw together she definitely would’ve ate him early on. In my opinion she’s a victim, because a giant part of her character is that she’s the survivor, and she’s lived long enough to become villain. It’s a balance and it wasn’t out of her control, she just tried to let Mono have an easier death.

No one is evil from the start. Evil is not born within us, it's developed. Six overcame so much hardships and. And from what I saw, six always tried to support and help Mono whenever she can. She took the raincoat as a reminder of her guilt and maybe sway her never to do it again. But this time, she made the conscious choice of letting Mono go. She knows something that isn't clearly shown in the game, but is hinted in the small gestures that they make (this game is freakingly detailed it's kinda terrifying). Six is warry of Mono since the start, and it seems that Mono is desperately trying to hide something from her. Both of them looked directly in the eye before six dropped him. If you are hanging by youre friend's hand and is about to die and she is taking her sweet time to hoist you up, wouldn't you make gestures for her to hurry up? Mono did nothing of the sort. To us, it may seem like a cruel thing for six to do, but I actually think that they came to an understanding at that point. When Mono drops down, he doesn't look back up again, instead, he goes straight for the chair, and sits down. While Six exits through a TV screen, and briefly looks down on the ground in shame when she lands, grieving what she did, but reminding herself that it's a choice she had to make. I can't explain why tho, I just based on the small gestures they did in the game.

As hard as it is to believe, Six saw Mono as an object she could use from the beginning, and as soon as she saw a way out without the need for him again, she let him go, she looked him dead in the eyes for a long pause with no emotion, and let the only person who truly wanted to help her, fall to his fate, surrounded by the monster responsible for his destiny of being used by the tower. Six certainly doesn't start or always was a villain, but I do think she ultimately becomes one. Let's not forget how Six and Mono's relationship started: he saved her. Judging by the tally marks Six had been kept in the Hunter's shack for around a month at this introduction Six is understandably a traumatised person, but events of LN2 reveal her darker side. First, she kills the unaware bully without hesitation, but given the circumstances, this is understandable. Second, while Mono is away in the hospital, Six is spending her time breaking fingers on the hands scattered about; a bit concerning, and finally, her decision to betray Mono. For contrast, Mono is more morally good, given that the game is yours to control you can choose otherwise, BUT there are two instances of trophies/achievements awarded for Mono being merciful: not killing the tethered bully, and not burning the doctor. This to me points to the implication that Mono is intended to harm/kill only when it's necessary, while Six sees it as the first resort. The events of LN speak for themselves: a character so controlled by this hunger is outright dangerous, but what matters more are her decisions. Accepting Mono and his "weakness" is being open to trying to make this world a better place, to break the cycle. Six's decision however is to accept the bleakness, punish the good-natured, and eventually, after consuming the Lady, become a part in maintaining it, as seen by her remaining on the island of the Maw after LN credits roll. Mono, meanwhile, even as the Thin Man seeks to break the cycle, hoping to change it, while Six opposes the hope itself. It'd be hard to classify Six as evil, but I do see her as a villain in this world by the end of the story.

Y'know, I've recently come to the realization of how truly horrible it would have been to be Six in that final fight in Little Nightmares 2. We always cry about how Six betrayed Mono and how much suffering Mono had to go through, but only now do I realize that Six probably went through more in that single bossfight, than Mono did throughout his entire time locked up in that horrible tower. So first of all I want to establish something, Monster Six is not aware that she is a monster. I am going to compare her to the Viewers here. The Viewers are entranced by the televisions and brought to their own little worlds where they can stay ignorant to the true horrors of reality. The televisions are their escapism, allowing their minds to drift away from reality into a fantasy. This goes for Monster Six as well, the music box is her form of escapism and it brings her to a fantasy world where she feels safe. So she is not aware of her true deformity and what is truly going on around her. Let's take a look at what happens at the beginning of the final bossfight. Mono enters Monster Six's room and sees her with her music box. At first Six takes her music box and tries to hide it from Mono, but after recognizing Mono's voice (the voice of a friend) she comes over an shows him her favorite toy, the wonderful item which has allowed her to finally find peace in this horrible world of nightmares. She wants Mono to join her, to come with her and escape the nightmare. But Mono doesn't see what Six sees, he sees that the music box has twisted his friend's body and turned her into a monster, so he decides to destroy the music box. When Mono first hits the box you can clearly see the shock in Six's body language (she leaps back in surprise and proceeds to cover her head). This where I would like to make a parallel with the movie, "Wreck it Ralph". In a certain scene in the movie, Ralph thinks that he has to destroy the glitch girl's (I forgot her name lol) race car, which he had helped her build to achieve her dream, which was winning the race (if you've watched the Movie you'll know), in order to keep her safe. So even though she protests he smashes the vehicle in front her her very eyes, which gives her extreme emotional pain. This is very similar to what happens in the Monster Six fight. Mono knows that he has to destroy the music box in order to save Six. But from Six's perspective, Mono is being a compete jerk and destroying her favorite toy, the thing that means more to her than anything else in the world, the only thing which allows her to feel safe. And even though she protests, he keeps hitting it, and hitting it, and hitting it, over and over again. But here is the thing that got me, every time Mono hits the music box Six jumps back and screams. Why does she do this? Because hitting the music box actually hurts Six PHYSICALLY as well. Every time Mono lands a blow with that axe on the box, Six can feel the blade digging into her flesh, hurting her. So no wonder she tries to kill Mono, she is trying to defend herself because from her perspective, Mono is literally trying to kill her. Can you imagine how betrayed Six must feel here? After going through so much with him, saving him and being saved by him multiple times, escaping countless threats, and becoming greater and greater friends, Mono is here attacking her and dragging her out of her own personal heaven, into a waking nightmare. On the final hit of the bossfight, Monster Six is literally lying on the ground crying in agony from all the strikes from Mono's axe. She is almost begging him to stop, to stop hurting her, but he once again strikes the music box effectively killing Six in her heaven, and reviving her in the nightmare. And after all of that pain and torture Mono put her through, of course she would betray him, of course she would drop him. In the "Secret Ending" we see Six escape the Signal Tower through the TV. And if you look closely, you can see her hugging herself. She is very clearly in emotional pain here, having just been betrayed by who she thought was her only friend. In conclusion, when we first played through Little Nightmares, we were all seeing the story from Mono's perspective, we were playing as him. So of course we were all angry at Six and felt betrayed by her, because that is how Mono felt. But I guarantee you that if we saw the story of LN2 from Six's perspective, if we had played as Six, Mono would have become the most hated character in Little Nightmares, not Six. "More of you understand the pain that Mono caused Six than you realize" - Little Nightmares Twitter “Six's perspective of this was different to Mono's, and different again to the player's" - Dave Mervik "Extracting someone from a fantasy can be deeply upsetting for everyone involved" - Little Nightmares Twitter

dude exactly, Mono would have been the most HATED character in LN’s universe if we played on Six’s pov, even before the fact he destroyed her music box. The dude messed with his TV-powers even though he wasn’t controlling it well, for Six it must have been so frustrating to see such an idiotic behavior. The first time she pulls him off, she was surprised and must have thought « oh this TV was about to eat him ». She probably didn’t understood Mono was trying to enter the TV. Then it happened a second time and here she got scared of him, which is pretty logical because THE DUDE IS ENTERRING TVS. TVS are EVIL in the Pale City, why is he making them in danger…? In Mono’s pov it’s seems a bit logical (he is attracted to his old self) but from Six’s pov it’s just insane. And eventually it happened a third time, here Six freaked out because she pulled him off too late, then the Thin appeared and took her, but Mono decided to stay hidden without helping. From Six POV, it’s so logical to hate him. Her friend messed with TV even though they both knew it destroyed the Pale City, then after three tries he literally summoned a tall dude out of a TV who kidnapped her, splitted her soul and turned her into a monster. From Mono’s pov we know it isn’t that simple, but men. How was Six supposed to understand ? He left her with something he created. And Six tried to prevent it from happening three times. Idk, for me it’s really logical Six ressented Mono at that point

By now, Mono has stopped hiding that he has similar powers to the thin man, so it's likely that Six thought Mono was just going to become evil like him.
