Consult a professional, that’s what I would say, never believe in advices given by people, never take chances with your health, never rely on such apps ,each and every body type ,intellect, knowledge ,writing,speaking skills are different……

I would go to a professional to sort out any issues, thankfully none until now, I don’t take advice from unqualified people.

Social media is serving women by sharing stories and offering healthy alternatives. Yes there is bad gen out there but when did people stop being able to discern between that which is good and that which is nonsense? People need to educate themselves, do their research, understand the risks and preventative measures, find respectful partners, RESPECT THEMSELVES, and take responsibility.

The sort of hold gadgets have on people is phenomenal, these smart watches ,then these arm band people wear when walking,running or jogging ,so much they want to know about themselves whether it’s accurate or not. It’s not healthy if a gadget has to rule your life and prompt you on your eat time, water time, piss time,shit time, period time,conception time……..I just don’t understand modern ways of living, it’s too unhealthy and lacks quality.People have stopped enjoying simple things wherein a walk in the park to relax,to rejuvenate,to get some fresh air, to feel happy about yourself has turned into a mile counting frenzy .

what's wring with my headphones :o i can't listen to this video, as sometimes sound comes on one headphone channel (one ear) and another ear comes different sound. i.e., my left ear only hears music, my right ear only hears a fain voice. idk what's wrong with my headphones and how to fix it :o tho tbh other videos are playing sound just fine, it's only this video that doesn't play right.

How can it be difficult to use Natural Cycles everyday...Nevertheless, women need to be more open about their cycles/pms with their partners. I have friends that have successfully used natural birth control all of their adult lives before & after marriage. Natural birth control does not work for everyone. If you have irregular periods or other issues, this method may fail you. I tried it & got pregnant. It was a surprise, but my husband & I cherished our unexpected baby. My failure was a result of irregular periods due to endometriosis.

i use period tracking + the sponge now, its working just fine to avoid pregnancy. also always have pIan b on hand, as weII as "a pIan b" if yacatch my drift

I only watched one video saying that doctors should be transparent about the side effects of birth control and the damage it does. My expectation is this is simply natural since birth control messes with your mood and brain.
