There's no "best build", every game is different so I tend to build different items for each specific situation. But overall first strike malignance is my most used setup ^^

​@@miyukiii8That, and also it's pretty hard to use First Strike against enemy comp - Taliyah has Banshee, Panth has shield, Malzahar has passive, and you could argue that he's bot lane anyways why not just focus Soraka and Jinx, but it's very easy for them to dispel Yozu's first strike, since Jinx can use W or empowered Q to render it useless and Soraka Q E can also nullify it. Comet is just more consistent in that scenario. Luden's over Malignance in that case since Luden's extra poke damage pairs well with Comet so your E is like a tactical nuke. Malignance is just better for the ultimate haste for wave-clear and getting gold from FS with ult.
