Very good video. Tasawuf is a legit Islamic science. You can even find tasawuf just looking at the sayings of Imam Hasan Al Basri R.A who was the leader of the Salaf.

@@ThinkingMuslim I think you need to learn more. Have you heard of the Naqshabandis? What about Ibn Arabi? Many Sufi sects revolve around Ibn Arabi teachings. Including Wahdatul wujud. Imam Shafie used to berate the Sufis. Tareqat itself is an insult to the Prophet saw. It actually says that the Tareqat of Muhammad saw is just the skin ie syariah. It cannot take you close to God. You need to follow the Tareqat of the Sufi Sheikhs. Only then you can reach the maqam of 'maarifat' - whatever that means.
@@ThinkingMuslim brother I don't need anything else except salat , only way of purification of our soul , all other ways will lead you from straight path , even sufism , maybe in early early stage of islam there was a pious muslims , but later all those attributes that are given to certain shaiks almost status of some Deity they know unknown , cmnow brother , only ALLAH know unknown and future. There’s many deviant groups who claim Islam, should we abandon Islam too? Tazkiyyah, Ihsan is mentioned in the Qur’an and Hadith, would it not be kufr to reject it?
@@shireendaniels3055 i didn't hear one good reason to follow this 'sufism'. It isn't one of the four madhabs so what is it? Some new sect/branch that say we didn't get a proper full understanding from the Prophet s.a.w or the companions? It's clearly Bidah
