যখন প্রথম অভিযোগটার কথা শুনলাম, শুনেই হাসি পেয়েছে। কারণ একটা এত বড় চেইন রেস্টুরেন্টের জন্য খাসির বদলে কুকুর দিতে যে ঝামেলা করতে হবে এটা তাদের জন্য ব্যবসায়িক দিক থেকে খাজনার চেয়ে বাজনা বেশি হয়ে যাবে। বড় বড় রেস্টোরেন্টগুলো এই এক দুই বেলায় মুরগির বজলে কাক বা খাসির বদলে কুকুর দিয়ে কোন লাভ করতে পারবে না, এটা তাদের জন্য ফিনানশিয়ালি বলদামি হয়ে যায়। এরকম দুই চাপ পয়সা বাঁচানোর চেষ্টা ছোটখাট চিপার দোকানের কর্মচারীরা করলে তাদের দুই চারশ টাকা বাঁচে। কোন ব্যবসায়ী কখনো নিজেদের রেপুটেশনকে জেনে শুনে এত বড় বিপদের মুখে ফেলবে না।
