Hey Mark, saw you playing with Ian, began subscribing to your RU-vid channel, and will now be following you on Instagram. I'm an older player (70) and new to the game, and I find your insights very informative (and amusing too--a bonus). I hope to see your following grow. Unfortunately, not much I can do to help you--I'm an American living in Japan, and very few of the folks I play tennis with speak English (my Japanese is starting to fill in a bit). Anyway, wishing you well... keep up the great work! Thanks...

Thanks so much @walter! How is Japan by the way? I have been meaning to travel the world - Japan is on the top of my list!

@@MarkSansait , Japan is everything you've likely heard--all that and a bag of chips! Seriously, it is great here. The people are polite, kind, helpful, and thoughtful. Nature here is also amazing, even if it can be a bit cruel at times (few perfect places in the world). There is no place I would rather be. If you ever head this way, keep me posted. In the meantime, be well...

Hi Mark, great review!! I agree with you but I also can’t see how did you get all those characteristics at 55pounds?? This string only performe at its best with a little ore-stretch and not above 52 pounds
@VincentDuxD
@VincentDuxD Год назад
You’ve got to try Kirschbaum b super smash orange at 45ibs Mark, it’s got more power(a lot more) and spin than the poly tour pro, and it’s even more comfortable 😅 at 68 euro a reel, I’m changing to it after I’m done with the last reel of poly tour pro.

Nice review! It looks like you used the carbon color. Have you tried the white color aswell, if so how does it compare?

Hello Mark, good review!! I would like to know if there are similarities with this string and the Yonex pt fire? I play with blade v8 16x19 and I find round co-poly better than shape ones on this frame. Thank you

Great review! Can you do a review for Head lynx tour next time? Btw, the price for razor code in China is about 100 dollars per reel, and 7 dollars for a packet that’s cut off from a reel.

Please do a review of one of the most cost friendly poly. The regular tourna big hitter silver. Not the 7 sided one. Nice videos

Glad you liked it! My favorite cost friendly poly is IsoSpeed Baseline Control. I will do a review on it relatively soon (I promise). I will keep the Tourna Big Hitter Silver in mind for my next order or tennis string packets!

never tried razor code but honestly ice code gives you the power you need and gives decent spin. I used to love solinco tour bite but dont use anymore
@garlicbread68
@garlicbread68 2 года назад
wow i went through the same journey as you. I used to play w tourbite but i started getting arm pain because i increased my intensity. Also, tourbite broke more quickly. I then tried ice code which did give more power but the control wasnt as good. Ultimately I stuck with the razor code

Hi Mark. I am currently playing with a Tecnifibre T Fight 315. Using Solinco Confidential / Gamma TNT 16. I'm interested in trying a different string set up. Any suggestions? If using two different strings, which do you typically put on mains VS crosses? Thinking of trying the Razor Code/Triax/Biphase/NRG2.
@MarkSansait
@MarkSansait 3 года назад
Always have the mains be the polyester of you are using a hybrid set up... Unless you're feeling very experimental :)

Absolutely great strings! My strings of choice. I play it with my Yonex Vcore 95 '23 - 27/25,5kg, however the durability it's quite poor. I can play with it up to 6 hours. Later on it's loosing their quality.

Hey there tried it out! It s quite muted and dead! Good control however! I think one needs to string at 20kg depends on the style of playing! I will move to hybrid tho it s not for me!

4 cups of coffee for hours of tennis. I'll accept the burden. Consumers waste a lot of money on stuff. Say it's two hours of work.
