I just bought a cheap E88 for 16 bucks. It flies fine , wind blows it around , weak camera. Only flies for around 8 minutes. My first drone , im learning to fly it and for 16 bucks its fine. It flips good although i donr know how i made it flip. Going through a learning curve.
I agree on a gimmick for the sensors, I’m so burnt on these drones. They just need to keep it simple again. Take all that crap out and make it a regular flyer. Great job Dan
💯% agree Donnie, these drones could do without all the crappy gimmicks and stop trying to make people believe they are as good as a DJI. A simple drone that can fly is all they need to be nothing more
At least it doesn't look like a DJI! I like the shell. Just add brushless motors, 3 axis gimbeled camera and GPS and a SD card would be a good start and I think they got something!
Good job on this review Dan. Gotta love how there's no trademark violations enforced in China lol. Tesla lol. The drone seems to fly good when there's no wind and you don't try to do 360 flips. Lol. Not surprising that the obstacle avoidance didn't work at all. The camera is about what I would expect from a toy. This drone is fine if you can get it for dirt cheap but all the lies in the product listing is par for the course for Aliexpress and Wish.
Thanks Ryan, this one was so outrageously exaggerated more so than most. I just had a quick look and they are also now advertising the same drone having a 8k camera. The whole thing is absolutely ridiculous. Purchasing a drone these days is such a gamble 🤣🤣
I tried to fly it when I first got it! All I did was take paint off the walls. This is all new to me. Took it out, and still working out the buttons ect. Yes and the video quality was grainy, jumpy! (very Poor) Scotland Uk
Best to fly it outside I’ve had a few instances where I’ve flown inside and have caused some damage. These aren’t great drones when it comes to picture quality but are sufficient to learn with.

Download the app that’s listed in the user manual. 1. Power on Drone 2. Connect your device to the drones wifi 3. Open the app and you should see the live picture
It's an E88 with a Tesla logo. Cool all by itself. Chinese components, like any Tesla. About the obstacle avoidance. Did it work if tested appropriately? There were no objects for it to avoid.
These are the steps I take to connect 1. Power on Drone 2. Connect to a drones Wifi 3. Open App Hope that helps, if it’s working properly it should be connected after the above steps
@@Van_City the pro version moves out pretty good for 25 bills neat little shiny brushes motors it has three cameras up front really happy with this three speed drone just one of many will have to play with the app sometime in the future...

Mine has 1200 battery. Same thing, advertised as 1800. Also camera is mounted upside down on mine hehe. There was a plastic film on the camera, did you take yours off before recording? It might have contributed to the whitish and blurry result. I haven’t tested the camera on mine though. Good review.
@@moshezafrany3446 l believe the trim button is the bottom right hand button. Press it when the drone is in the air and move the right stick in the opposite direction of the way the drone is drifting to correct its position. Once your happy with its position you can hit the button again to exit trim mode
Around 17:21 you have the video, is that video gathered wirelessly live from drone to your phone? (Which would obviously be super low quality) Or is that the actual video recorded in the SD card inside the drone that you copied from the SD card into your computer later after the flight?
I have a feeling you need to connect the drone with a cable to your computer to get the actual footage out using a cable similar to how you can do that with an android phone. Would you please try? This video is so low quality they don't even make cameras with such low quality in the past 15 years so something is 100% off here. They aren't going out of their way and buy cameras made for 2005 flip phones, simply because that would be very time consuming and difficult to find.
Just bought one of these off Ali X. On investigation, there is a thin plastic film over the camera lens. Used a pair of very thin tweezers to lift one corner of it and peel off. I'm sure this protective film degraded the image significantly. Worth a go!
Would you try connecting the drone using the charger to a Windows computer and see if it opens up like a USB drive to copy over the recorded videos? Well only if the charging cable is a regular USB or USBC cable. Thanks in advance!
1. Download the App ( scan QR Codein the manual) 2. Power on drone 3. Go into your devices wifi settings and connect to the drones wifi 4. Open the app and it should connect from there
Here are the standard steps for connecting to your phone. Download the app which is usually a QR code in the manual you can scan -Turn on drone and remote -go into your phones wifi and connect to the drones wifi -open the app and it should connect from there

Yes you can swap out the camera (and the camera board), but it's hard to find high grade camera board and camera set. Basically all these cheap drones connect main motor control motherboard to the camera board with simple three pin plug and they are all interchangeable. So if you can find a high grade camera and camera board (such as those that was in Eachine E58 with SD card slot), you can certainly upgrade it, but question is how to find one at reasonable price.
This drone ist total shit. The slightest windblow and your drone is gone. Obstacle aviodance negativ, hoovering negativ, holding height negativ, flight time maximum 10min - the battery is empty before you get that shit under control.
