This particular apartment (2 stories, 2 bedrooms) was $103 per night at time of filming. They also have 1 bedroom apartments, and of course prices are season dependent
Ive been here a few times in the last 5 years or so and you really did pay serious tourist prices. Koh Chang is known for affordable food drink and rooms - i eas shocked at some of the prices you paid ! 300baht for a local taxi - wow Maybe its because my wife is Thai it helps 🤔 I did like the video though 👌
Yes it will help massively that you have a Thai wife. Farang prices can be extremely high, but often we also can't be bothered to stand and haggle so we know we could probably pay less
Koh Chang is incredibly expensive🥺🥺🥺. Is Koh Chang super beautiful island?😏 Well, there are still many beautiful islands in Thailand, not expensive and boring like Koh Chang.🥱🥱 I was in Koh Chang once and would never go back.
We disagree. There are plenty of affordable restaurants and things to do in Koh Chang. It's also one of our favourite bases to explore other islands in the area. I appreciate your view of course, but for us it ticks a lot of boxes
