Why yes it is. But it has PTSD from living on a farm, so I need to know it’s going to a good home and no more farm life.

The problem isn't the cutting disks, it's the underpowered wannabe Warrior. HF sells good, better,best....this is none of those. Don't get me wrong, I love my HF tools.....just stay away from the Warrior branded stuff.

Oh this one is definitely the bottom tier. But when you pay $9 you should really expect it.
