mazda is top notch with the interiors right now. used to be VW's world in the early 2000s, then everyone sort of caught up, and now mazda is killing it.

I totally agree! We just bought the hatchback 2019 Mazda 3 Premium AWD in polymetal grey with red/burgundy interior. The clean, minimalist, luxurious interior of the Mazda 3 is better than our BMW X5!

I agree. The 2018 infotainment is much more user friendly, and I like the touchscreen functionality of the 2018. Yes, it can be a bit slow at times but not enough to bother me. And Boo to them for taking away the multi link!

I have a 2018 Mazda 3 that I just got. I don't use the touch screen at all. The dial is perfect and I hate finger prints.

For this car, was worried about one thing especially...that torsion beam in the rear, but looks like editors are raving about this car recently. They've actually tuned the torsion beam correctly to the chasis, along with the front end. Great looking car that gives you so much premium for the money.

This interior is without a doubt the best in class. But using gloss black plastic in a high traffic area was a terrible decision... it’d always show dust and would scratch up pretty easily.

Me too. Own a 2018 with almost 1000 miles on it and I love it. Got the top of the line Grand Touring with real leather seating. Have heard many people saying they love their 2018 3rd generation cars.

The Mazda 3 is now 0.6 inch wider and just 1.1 inch shorter than the first generation Mazda 6. And that's what we call progress .............

I'm always surprised that the farther away placement, is not recognised as a boon for us with age related farsightedness... a touch screen has to be too close for a lot of people over 50

i have a cx-9, everyone complains about that piano black trim because of finger prints. easy way to avoid that... dont touch it. theres no reason to.

I was and owner to a Mazda cx5 2016 ... The road noise was horrible ... MAZDA HAS TOO IMPROVED ON THIS MATTER ... Other Mazda owners have said the same about Mazda6 , Mazda3

the 2016s are all quite noisey I have two. you'll be happy to know that the 2019s are so much quieter, it's remarkable. Sound deadening and thinner tires on this model.

Barely beats the crosstrek in HP...at 152...if your living in Florida it's a good choice.FURTHER NORTH not so much. ...It is a looker at that price 24K They should sell a lot of them..like dash..and and seats..plenty room.....final verdict 👍

How did you feel about about the torque from 0? I've seen some reviews that really feel the lack of turbo kills this car but it was the AWD, so heavier.

Personally I feel like the engine is great the way it is. Every single time I punch the gas pedal it burns rubber. Considering this car is not turbocharged it still is very peppy. The handling is also very fun. Steers like a dream.
