Competition improves the breed and the 2020 Jeep Gladiator Mojave is the result. The Mojave has one goal and that is to help you conquer any terrain you throw at it. From it's increased track, underside protection, FOX Racing suspension and a ton of other updates this Gladiator is the most rugged of them all. It's exterior features a special hood, wheels, and graphics. On the inside the Mojave them is carried throughout. Is the 2020 Jeep Gladiator Mojave the ULTIMATE midsize off road truck?

That vent on the side is functioning. Too prevent hood flutter and aid in cooling

@@MrSKOHC so what. Neither is any other Jeep that's not a Rubicon. But they can still be rock crawlers... Depending on how big those rocks are. I've had my Mojave over some pretty good rocks and it does just great. Yeah, it's missing the front locker. I can put one in but haven't needed it yet. And it's easy as pie to just get some quick anti-swaybar disconnects instead of the electronic one which is expensive and prone to fail.

Now, I've read somewhere that the front black "vent" just behind the front wheel fenders is actually designed to diminish wind noise (how, I don't know). But with this being the case, you shoukd deduce one zonk from your count :)

Yes those vents are to reduce hood flutter and heat. This is something they mentioned since the jL came out

Quite Nice! However, I'm going to ZONK, the rear taillight housings, hanging out... Look as if they could easily get knocked off, IMO.

Great looking truck , love the colors! Just wish it had better engine options. Same old tired v6 . Maybe the diesel would be better but they are charging a lot for that upgrade on the wrangler. Bet it’s a 60,000 truck. Zr2 would be a cheaper option or a used raptor! Great video are you gonna be at the N.Y auto show for the Bronco reveal?

Looks tough, but the Rubicon is still the rock crawler in the lineup. This is meant more for higher speeds (can do 50mph in low). Think prerunner or Baja as the true intention of this trim.

I absolutely love them. Wish I was still in the market for a midsize truck. Although that’s a whole different creation in my opinion. Loved my 2000 4.0 Sport. Everyone needs to own a Jeep at least once in their life.

I don’t know which hemi would be best in the Mojave. The 6.2 supercharged hellcat engine for the overall speed or the lighter 5.7 hemi with say a turbo to bump the horsepower up. The 392 would sound incredible but from what I’ve read the 392 is heavier and can’t take much boost before the compression rings break so I’m gonna have to pass on that for now.

The doors aren't a structural component of Jeeps. That's because of the extremely well-built roll cage. That being said, in some states, like Pennsylvania, it's illegal to drive on public roads without doors on.

I just recently heard that Gladiator's have been discounted drastically at nationwide Jeep dealerships. I really feel bad for all the early adopters that paid all the high markup to be first on the block driving one. With the small bed, it really isn't a very functional pickup truck. Make my midsize offroad truck a Colorado ZR-2 or Tacoma TRD.

You have to disconnect the fucking window controls either way. What r u talking about. There's literally no good reason to keep the window controls in the center. The door LOCKS are on the door. They've simply remotely located the window controls. It's dumb.
