Everybody knows who Pat, Trav, Jones and Andy are and their real caliber come playoff time with that excellent defense they have. I'm actually surprised they're the doggs on vegas here with their experience. Funny how we get to this point and NOW everyone who isn't a Niner fan wants to agree "THIS IS THE BEST ROSTER IN THE NFL." If the 9ers lose, just watch the Purdy hate ramp right back up. now??? wha-? *Vegas had them as the favorite in every single game* that has happened 2x in NFL history. 9ers have 7 all-pro's, 9 pro bowlers, and 12 pro bowl alternates. y'all too sensitive. if someone doesn't say Brock is elite or gives an honest assessment of him, 9er fans get all in their feelings. meanwhile those same 9er fans s*** on their OL, defense, and play down their weapons whenever outside ppl say good things about those units. i guess i could be talking to a bunch of Brock fans (and not true 9er fans).

@@DB-cg4vs You just made their point about getting back. If the NFC is trash, why wouldn't the 49ers just be there next year? 6 games vs NFCW. 4 games vs AFCN. 2 games against NFCE/S (Cowboys, Bucs). That's 12 games. Cards, Rams, Hawks, Bears, Lions, Cowboys at home. Cards, Rams, Hawks, Packers, Vikings, Bucs away. The remainder of their schedule is 5 AFC teams. The AFCE (Jets/Pats at home, Phins/Bills away) and the Chiefs (at home). So, no Ravens on the schedule. The 49ers cap is healthy and should bring back just about everyone that matters. Purdy isn't even eligible for an extension until 2025 in which cap hits won't really hit until 2026 or 2027. As to the claim "they can't beat AFC teams", they did beat the Steelers and Jags.

@@maskedman5657 terrible??? you're biased because you don't watch other OL's. the 9ers OL is ranked 5th on nfllines & playerprofiler had them at tier 3 (out of 7 tiers). they're playing 1 rookie safety. pff has ji'ayir graded at 34th of 95 safeties (hufanga was 29th). tayshaun is 24th. so at their "weakest" positions, they're above average or pretty good compared to the rest of the NFL. go watch the giants, titans, or jets OL if you want to actually see terrible.

Of course, any team who makes the playoffs but doesn’t win the Bowl has failed. It’s the reason they play the game. Every team’s goal. To get there and continuously lose is utter humiliation, sorry Buffalo 😆

I think it has more to do with expectations. Anyone who doesn't win the superbowl is a failure (which is kinda true) but there's levels to this. No one had the Texans winning more than 5 games let alone winning a playoff game. 49ers were the favorite to win it all and a loss Sunday would be the biggest fail.
