Yes, I find they are so worth it the braided Solo Loop I have one and I love it. I just got it and I have the regular Solo Loop. Love them both.

Same! The solo loops are amazing. I love all mine, but my braided solo loop is 😍😍 They’re so comfortable!

I’m planning on purchasing a braided solo loop however do you know whether it is good for working out and will it smell after a while because of the sweat?

@ashwelcolaco2010 hey. I tend not to wear it when I’m working out. But I do wear it a lot generally. It’s never started to smell on me. But you can also always wash it if it starts getting a little ripe. I’ve washed it by hand using soap, and I’ve also just thrown it into the washing machine and it comes out brand new.

Idk man you can get the fancy milanese loop band for the same price as the stretchy yarn band.. doesn’t seem like a good deal at all.. you can buy a knock off for $5-10 if you want the “stretchy” feel

Yeah, you can totally get cheaper versions of the braided loop. I don’t know if they’d be as comfortable, or wear as well though. I’ve been using mine a lot, and it’s as nice as it was on day one, it’s SO comfortable, and it hasn’t worn at all. If it gets dirty, I just give it a quick wash, and it’s good as new. I dunno if that would be the case with a cheap copy though. The Milanese loops are really nice too. I might invest in one at some point.

I spent $7 on a 4 pack of solo silicon stretchy bands from Amazon and except for one of them they have been working fantastic

That’s awesome. I’m glad they’ve worked out for you. When I first got an Apple Watch, I bought a few cheap straps from Amazon and EBay. But they all kept wearing out on me after a while so that’s why I gravitated back to the Apple ones.

It’s held up really well! If it has stretched, it’s not noticeable while I’m wearing it. It still fits me perfectly!

Purchased a braided solo loop, that fit snugly, in February (9 months ago) for $100. Its now so loose that the watch cant accurately track my info. Apple will not address any issue past the 14 day return window. $100 in the trash.

Aw that sucks man. Sounds like it’s really stretched out on you. I wonder if it’s possible to shrink it through washing? (Although that might cause it to disintegrate…)

Wash it in hot water, it will shrink

I’ve just had an argument with apple over the same thing. They said it’s overstretched and down to wear and tear- I said it’s an elastic wrist strap that should be fit for use! Wouldn’t budge- do not waste your money £100 in the bin- I’m disgusted with them

Sorry to hear you’re having so much trouble with it. Mine hasn’t stretched out so far anyway. But I don’t wear it everyday, I tend to swap out my bands every few days, so maybe that’s why… I will 100% make an update video if (and when) mine stretches out.
