Just be aware that these books are primarily focused on the actual history of the Canaanites and Egyptians and other contemporary civilizations much more so than on biblical mythology so don't expect an abundance of biblical figures to show up. It's based on history from the El Amarna letters, and sources from Ugarit and Hittite treaties along with many other primary sources from Pharaonic Egypt. Check it out if you love the Ancient near east and you want to read something like the Bible, but actually historically accurate and authentic!
