If cannabalism is eating human flesh and drinking human blood and if the eucharist is supposed to be the body of Christ and the wine his blood then by what twisted logic is it not cannabalism?

Its literalism taken to extremes. By faith we believe its christ in us the hope of glory. We are conformed to the image of his son, We partake of the divine nature,the holy Spirit. Sure the tree of knowledge and its fruit was it a literal tree then, did eve see a tree .

I know that it is not cannibalism to receive the Eucharist in a state of Grace but is it cannibalism to receive the Eucharist with a mortal sin on your soul?

No, but it is extremely offensive to God to receive the Eucharist in the state of mortal sin.

@@Racing-lf9lx Would it not be disrespectful to receive God and expect His presence after you just broke your relationship with Him? Yes. Jesus came to die for our sins and committing a mortal sin while receiving Him is the equivalent to spitting on Him and trampling Him under your feet in disrespect.
