Is the Latitudes Cocktail Party worth your time on the NCL Viva? 

I never went to one of those on the Prima. On the Escape and Breakaway it was in the Manhattan or Tropicana MDR and the drinks were served by waiters coming around to the tables as well as the rat food of cheese and grapes. Not sure why it's mentioned that you need to be silver or above. No one checks your latitude level not even your age!
