I just picked this deck up from a resale shop. It metaphorically screamed at me, got my attention and I grabbed them. From the first shuffle, to all four of the readings I’ve done. Left me speechless. It is aligning with everything my dreams have told me.

I love this deck. I bought it a year ago and it has become my go-to deck. It reads so well.

I resisted buying this deck for awhile because I usually don’t connect with decks with modern scenes. I finally bought it last week. I was surprised at the quality and how much I connected with the deck. I’m glad I decided to get it.

Based on my own experience ABSOLUTELY!! No question about it!! I was watching a random RU-vid reading and the reader was using a few different decks and this was one of them and I was just so drawn in by the art and imagery of them I HAD to check it out! I loved that they weren’t the typical tarot card pictures and yet it was clear what card you are using because others that I looked at it wasn’t always clear what I was looking at! So I got them and did my very first spread and asked my questions and the cards I drew were SOOO DEAD ON with what I was asking that halfway through I had to throw it on the table because it was almost CREEPY how tuned in it was to me immediately and I also love the messages one in typical tarot messages but then also a message in a more modern explanation!! And I have never looked back and that was a few years ago and I still love it the most and love looking at the pictures!! I actually bought the iridescent/laser version and they are even prettier!! The only thing I need now is tarot pouch because apparently I have used it so much the box has suffered too much and is falling apart!! So if it wasn’t clear-I LOVE this deck!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🎉🎉🎉😱😱

I also resisted getting this one for a while until finally I caved one time when Hay House was having a great sale and, of course, I ended up loving it. 🙂 My copy is currently in storage in the US due to my move to The Netherlands and I probably won’t be reunited with it until sometime next year. I totally used this fact as justification to preorder the pocket edition that’s being released in August (which also happens to be my birthday month). 😆

Interesting deck, I definitely understand why it's popular - it's very relatable, brightful and full of details for modern interpretation. It's probably one of the best decks for newcomers to Tarot (plus the guidebook is great). I find it a bit too far from Tarot origins and the images do not really inspire me or help intuitively, but that's just me. You've said that in the end of video, deck is not too spiritual or "universy", I kinda feel that too. My favorite deck is The Wild Uknown (as well as the other 3 bundle from Kim Krans) - I feel like that is an example of the perfect mixture of modern interpetation bounded to classic symbolism.

Yes! My first and favourite tarot deck. I also love the keywords aspect the most in this one, because it's easy, intuitive, and it has reversal meanings. Whereas another deck I own, Spirit Within by Steven Bright, has next to no info, and I think like five keywords with zero reversed meaning, making his cards really hard to read (his is also an updated shadow silhouette version of RWS, if I'm not mistaken). On the flip side, Mermaid tarot has no keywords and instead little story parts for the regular and reverse meanings, which I do love, but it's not something you can understand at a glance.

I have this deck too- best part is I wanted to move to some of my other decks I own ( I have 40 ish of them - including Oracle ) and somehow I’m still coming back to this one . I think more we work with certain deck- we understand it better and we create a bond , which makes it harder to move to other deck 😅. I have En GB version from Hay House and Polish version with already green edges but I’m waiting for official mini version which should be released in August 😁 ❤ Also I’m not happy about Book Depository closing . It made me sad as preferred to order books and cards from them :/

I got this deck because I DIDNT want to be like everyone else (who uses the original rider Waite tarot deck). Im glad I got this deck because i dont connect with the original rider waite deck due to its outdated imagery and occult history.

Hi , just watched your review . I was wondering whats the difference between the pocket version vs standard size? Besides the size of course :)

Watching this because, I have been seeing this in "Tarot with Andie" I love her but, I just can't find a connection with this card that she always uses.☹️

Love this deck. But I own the Dutch version and it seems to have another cardstock. Less flexible. I cannot riffle shuffle mine🙃
