@@omkaaaar Never faced a lag. The machines are butter smooth with just 8gb ram and 256gb storage. One thing I've noticed is that now when the battery drops below 20% the frames while watching a video start lagging. Like you can make out a difference. But apart from that, my best purchases till date.

Bhai 16gb , nahi mil RHA online, is it good to go with 8gb ,android development ke liye consider kar RHA tha..

Intensive use can be challenging for 8GB of RAM, but the Mac M1 handles it so effectively that you won't even notice any difference in performance. In contrast, a Windows laptop with the same RAM would struggle a lot under similar conditions.

I think display is also a big improvement. I recently bought m1 MacBook Air for 750$ and my friend got the 15" m2 Mac air for 1100$. I compared the both display is lot better in M2 Mac air especially in 15" variant.

@@akhilkotha3567 bro we live in India the prices over here are bizzare. For us there is a huge price difference between two of them the price of base MacBook M1 costs above 1000$ and MacBook M2 costs around 1300$🥲

@@gamingbenchmarks7082 Yes couldn't agree more on that but if somebody is on super tight budget then I think M1 is not a bad choice. Especially in India students are mostly on a severe tight budget. Therefore, they can't even go a thousand or two above their given budget.

@@priyanshutripathi7218 bro aapko gaming nhi krni to mac is best option. For coding,programming,editing and other softwares mac is more than enough. Plus point of mac is it's battery backup, performance and durability (6-8years easily).

But if ur budget is low, u can go for M1 also. Performance is same nearly but as M1 is launched in 2020 so for long period M2will be more worth it acc to me.

1 yrs ago windows could have won now can't give . Advertisement, too many spyware built in , too much telemetry stealing browser data even if using another browser. Mass insecurity flaws outdated easy to hack power shell very weak kernel that can break any time . After the recall feature that screenshots users desktop Every 3 second the computer recorded your screen what you do in name of AI and dent data to Microsoft in name of user experience they clearly said all data is localised but journalists and cyber security organisation put a billion dollar lawsuit cuz they saw Microsoft stealing data . EU lawsuit and much more . No privacy and security whatever antivirus you user OS itself is a spyware so doesn't matter. Apple do take telemetry no crappy recall feature no weird ads on star it do advertise apple products you can turn off and it don't come again unlike Microsoft Every update new adds on your start button the disabled option gets enabled everytime. How secure is windows Last year a Chinese Hacker showcase his skill of cracking a hardened windows kernel in 27 second using ssh flaw in windows power shell they do fixed that or maybe no who can believe Microsoft windows 11 ueers are leaving and moving to windows 10 . 7% decrease in windows 11 user base which was 34% of windows users like . Windows 10 still more than 50% and above. I am a power user i compile kernels and write basic drivers for hardware application. My data is very essential I love my privacy. I don't use Mac as daily driver but at current scenario and events going i can't trust Microsoft for a nominal consumer yeah Mac is good it do has it's problem like usb melting, glitches update, screen burnout well that's 2 yrs old i think they fixed it. SSD failures on older macs well but yet you always least problematic option so yeah. I am a tech nerd a hardcore Linux user i also use BSD Unix but not a crazy eho will push that on normal user you have time to learn learn the Linux world learn opensource save your data and privacy be secure anyways my personal experience.

@@Harsh-sq7ln the thing is that as I improve in the development and using multiple heavy applications it can warmup a bit because of the 8gb ram not because of the processor it's all because of the ram. I would suggest buying 16 gb ram. I've heard that the ram can be increased and it is done in some shops I'll probably looking forward to update it.

Both are great about performance and if you want for showoff then go for M2 , otherwise you want performance both will give extreme performance first see your budget ....
