In the UK if a couple have been separated for a sufficient amount of time (used to be 5 years but I think it’s less now) the party seeking divorce can do so without the other parties consent. There clearly is no love in that marriage, she needs to let him go. He’ll still have a good relationship with his son.

@@hellcat58563 You may be correct, but we don't know the entire story. What was the purpose of bringing up the UK legal process? It doesn't seem like something that is always fair, and I don't see the relationship between that legal custom and this case in the U. S.

She seemed traumatized and uneducated to me. There were what seemed liked some type of deficits. The father is evidently a good father, but a definite adulterous cheater.

Not with a good obstetrician. 40-41 weeks is the cut-off in 1st world countries. Any obstetrician who let's a mother go longer is risking a malpractice suit if the baby dies in utero.

It's APPROXIMATELY 40wks because they begin counting from the 1st day of your LAST MENSTRUAL CYCLE(36+4=40)... It has NOTHING to do with how many weeks each month has because at the end of the day that works itself out, hence 1yr =52 weeks, 30, 60, 90 day returns policy, # of pills etc... 👍🏼😉

@@asabifatosin1150 That is right 40 weeks is actually counted form last period. Which is 2 weeks before ovulation when a woman can get pregnant if she is on a 28-day cycle. If she is irregular or her cycle is a bit longer or shorter it varies. but yes, it is really 38 weeks.
