Dude, the gemera is a Hyper/Megacar Sedan. Of course it’s going to be way faster than this, you’re comparing a car that does over 240MPH to a car that can barely scratch 205.
@@bageltondinglequandaleseba6928 I was kinda thinking this, so it must be sitting really low then. Wonder if the engine would end up burning the luggage lol
@@xMugen6 the engine cover is insulated so it shouldn’t heat up the cargo area. on the other hand, the C8 corvette’s engine is in the same compartment as the rear trunk, except it’s in front of it, not underneath it. the cargo in a C8 gets quite hot, but this shouldn’t do that
I still don't understand why most supercars skip on basic cup holders, or handy storage near the armrest. Like it'll be few grams of plastics, and very little extra space. I can understand the trunk/frunk, though. They clearly have no space because of those honkin V8s and V10s and stuff.
poor design decision. usually there's always the higher ups of the company when they design Supercar, since it will be the big image of the brand. they have lots of proposal and design ideas on the table. and they must eliminate many ideas and carefully choose which one will be accepted. and if the cupholder didn't get accepted, even with those top people involved, that means the team is fuxked. don't expect much from Supercar brand company. if you want one with cupholder, you might want to add it yourself by some expensive modification. I prefer Porche, BMW, Mercedes or the Japanese brands for practical Supercar. they have better teams that were experienced at building practical cars, so when they finally build the one Supercar that will be the image of the brand, they knew better which feature to keep and which to be removed with all the experience they gained over the years. Porche is quite exception since they don't usually make normal civilian cheap car. but they always make practical supercars since 1960-era, unless you bought one sport edition with less feature. muscle cars not included because their handling suck ass. they're only practical in USA highway, because they have too much straight road due to horrible urban sprawl.
@@01_zenyobi i guess the american dodge viper winning lemans gt2-3 class and daytona series multiple times against porsche 911, bmw, mercedes ferrari etc proves you wrong ;)
@@gazzarafalemozzy4766 Winning in racing didn't mean the car will be practical in daily ride. Yes that sportcar manufacturer Won in races, but their cars is impractical for daily rides and hard to control, etc etc. Even if the car is on the losing team, they're still fast and have more features. Compared to that one car that win races, but the feature is lacking, hard to use, and so cramped and impractical.
agreed, i asked about why there were gaps is brand freaking new car, i was told “bla bla bla, we build by hand, bla bla bla” my reaponse: then dont freaking charge $220k until you get ur shit together
I am a huge McLaren supporter, but when I found out that thing came out, I was very disappointed because McLaren are known for making cars that looks great. That thing in the other hand looks like a salmon. And to be honest, the most practical super car in the world is actually the Mercedes AMG GTS. It is way cheaper to buy and insure and it looks much better as well.
A McClaren… Practical compared to other super cars…🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Did that say it only had 47 miles on it? Talk to us about maintenance bills after you’ve driven it 30,000 miles, then tell us it’s practical. McClarrens have notoriously bad build quality Lol
I love this car because if I go to McDonalds I can get a hot chocolate and a large Fanta. And still have 1 more cup holder for a friend to use. If I managed to have any friends
Space isn't the only thing that makes a car practical. Cost of ownership, efficiency, being able to fit more than 2 people, safety, and reliability are all factors too. For 250,000 you could have TWO Escalade ESV's and a Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle (Rough Estimate).
I don't feel like these are practical, it's space sure.. But not nearly enough to call it practical, since even a opel corsa could outperform this thing in a roadtrip
