Mk2 vr6 manual is one of my favorite cars that I have bought. I did have the mk1 1.8 t manual. Both were great. The design style stands out from most other cars out there and that vr6 sounds great 😊

i dont understand why they didnt offer a vr6 turbo from the factory instead of the 1.8t 225 they should have given us the 3.2t stock with like 400horsepower easily. i have a 1.8t 225 stage 1 i love my car but would love to have a vr6 turbo but it has to be turbo or else my 1.8t blows the naturally aspirated 3.2 out of the water in power torque and speed
The TT is a great car. I have a mk3 and would have it over a golf if I had no kids or a dog. It’s just not a practical car but it certainly has its place, that said Audi stopped the TT for a reason while the golf will be here till the end of time 😂
Haha yeah definitely ain't practical I guess the market has moved on from the glam days of coupes, but not a bad production run nearly 26 years of TTs! , old farts like me still love'em, to me brings back memories of my mk2 Scirocco GTX man I loved that thing, cheers

watch the video - it's rusty, has no cats and needs brakes all round. To get this back to being road worthy would take a few grand but as the engine and box are sound, it just makes sense to throw it in something more solid
