@@legoyoda71 the new one is said to cost $169.99 in the US, while the old one was $469.69. So even thought it is smaller, you are basically getting the same display for 300 dollars less
@@staticbuilds7613 except its literally not, the first two movies have the chamber of reception - this doesn't. The model also has the viaduct courtyard which the first 2 movies don't. The shape of the viaduct towers' roofs is also spiky and gothic unlike the flatter look from the first 2 movies. And more details that I won't bother listing.
@@dophire So you're saying it isn't based off the first two movies? You know I never could've figured that out based on the details referencing goblet of fire
Micro scale of a micro scale hmmm. I do wish they had released some additions to the bigger one like a micro scale quidditch field. Like essentially what they are doing with the big sets now except all in micro scale where you can piece together the whole Harry Potter world like a Lego city.
I got the mini set and love it but the bridge part wasn’t that great it’s so damn loose and fragile… fixed it with two parts but still they should have thought of making it more sturdy
During covid I built my own micro scale hogwarts and now I’m faced with the decision to keep and display my custom worse looking one or buy the mainstream better looking one😂 mad about it
I got it for my 9th birthday and it’s still awesome that giant one and when I was 7 I built the newer usc millennium falcon so I think I’m the youngest to build them
