Like you said it’s all about common sense, don’t expose yourself. In Cebu city if I go out at night, I always stay away from the areas that might be dangerous. I’m more afraid of having a car or motorcycle accident in the Philippines than being assaulted.
Sadly I think they stereotype even though I’m American I’m also Russian I have had so many women there attracted to me. But as a Russian American when they get mad at me the first thing they insult me on is that I’m Russian they seem to not like Russians. And I think because of this they will probably be more afraid of me then vice versa. American stereotypes me too. Not all Russians are bad. You can’t categorise a whole group of people.
no perfect country as filipino we appreciate your statement but as filipino we will not tolerate any wrong doing that means we really care for anyone infact we save a lot of refugees on the past when the world ignore them
every countries there are some parts areas are not safe.even some parts of europe or usa. but for me philippines is safer than south america or africa....
