I got this console a month ago, I installed Gamma OS and this has become my favorite handheld. Its size is perfect, now 3.5 inch screens are small to me, 4 inches fits great for a retro handheld with 4:3 format.

What news were you expecting? He just covered it. Like a week ago... Definitely nothing new Nope, naw, no can do, do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars,... We have been waiting 2 years for this update.. so probably not gonna be a while b4 new one... Unless you're getting close to cracking a newer firmware? Definitely keep me posted on that.

Personally form factor has been the big deciding factor for me, and the 405m here wins by a mile. It's somehow more practical to actually put in your pocket than the 3.5in handhelds I've tried despite a LARGER screen and it's significantly more comfortable to hold. Also with custom firmware the battery life is out of this world on lower-end systems. I think all handhelds shine brightest when you're NOT pushing them to their technical limits.

Yes I 100% agree. People get so hung up on outright performance that a lot of other factors get overlooked - such as battery life and pocket ability. I know the patreon that won my 405m will have hours of enjoyment with it as they received it today!

Pls just be aware if you buy this device used, there is a risk that you get rev1, which had substantial issue with the triggers not working properly or stopping to work
