Hi there, if you find the setting to calibrate the car, when you press '+' on it, you're able to gradually increase or, decrease the speed to get it to go around the track as slowly as possible - if I've said something there that you've already tried then I'd say to get in touch with @officialscalextric as their customer service is amazing!
