I’d say down to the individual no doubt their products are top but like you say. Repaint the OEM or pay top money for something that doesn’t brand the name. If it had an authenticity mark be amazing. 👍
Don't let others tell you if it's worth it or not. With that said it shouldn't have been plastic though and should have came with the spoon plak. I would totally get it still lol
I’m going for an oem + build with my fl5 would love to have a wrinkle red valve cover like the good ol b series days. Not sure if I wanna powder coat an oem one or go with the the spoon unit
@@phothrottle yea I didn’t mean to use powder coat term there lol but I know some places that can do the textured/wrinkle look but I never looks as good as the honda oem finish
Gary the die hard spoon fans would be able to tell. I totally get were you are coming from but to some people just knowing the fact that they don't have the real deal just hurts them deep down. If you don't care for the genuine Spoon product and just want the Spoon inspired look then definitely you route is the best way to go.
No, $650 for plastic, no way in hell. That recess is obviously there for a self adhesive name plate. The fact one of them had a hose clamp included and the other one didn't would suggest they have a lousy stock control system and they are sending them out with bits missing.
Yellow is way better. Someone 3D printed it in there moms basement and is selling these plastic things for 650. Red is to normal and cliche haha yellow will make it pop under the hood.
@@phothrottle spoon and Honda is like a similar to religion 😆 you cannot bash it. here in the Philippines lots of seller of spoon stuffs it's more on bling bling not on a performance imagine a spoon steering wheel is selling as much as 20k USD Just because it has ichisan sign on it😆😆😆
