I tried it for few days then asked to return, it has bad connection with the monitor itself and doesn’t connect to 5G WIFI, it lag also , not recommended didn’t find it safe
Yes, we have that same problem. I wish I would have taken it back, but we're stuck with it. I'm usually using the app to view because the app works better on my phone.
@xameliaxRU-vid Yes, I think it may be the wifi, too. The monitor works when it want to. When it's working I'm happy, lol because I love the size of the monitor that's what made it buy it.
Can add another camera to it so you can see 2 kids in different rooms? Also can more than one person view the cameras from the app or is it just registered to one device?
The 12 hour battery life drops to about 30 minutes within 18 months. So don't buy based on that feature. Vtech claims the battery is not replaceable. It is replaceable but so far I can not find a suitable battery.
Ooo I’m not sure exactly! It’s long enough for what we need - to reach from the shelf to the wall plug but it’s not super super long. Let me see if I can find out x
