Some people say that the motor in the senior is a stronger grade so if that is true then that would be a plus for the senior. Personally I prefer the lighter weight of the Magic Clips. It’s my favorite clipper

Hey bro I order the magic clippers to cut my sons hair during this quarantine what comb # is best to use when I always tell my barber to cut them a 3 1/2 on top and a 3 on the sides ? Thanks if you respond
Aztek195 the clipper should come with a #3 so you would use that 3 on the sides with the lever closed and use that same 3 on top with the lever open(extended).

even the Walmart wahl cordless clippers have the same rs380 toy rotary motor in all the Wahl clippers the only difference is the battery range the magic clip have the same 2200 mah battery range as the Walmart clippers so it is the same clipper the senior have a little bit more battery range
It seems the magic takes out more hair and makes it look thinner . Idk if that’s because of the blade that texturized more or because of a slightly different angle with your hands . What do you think? I was leaning towards the magic or a senior w the magic blade because of the idea of a bit of more texture but I don’t like super short looking hair where I can see the scalp more easily. I feel, from this video, that the magic may take out more hair visibly than the senior. The senior looks fuller after the cut
Leo Banks the Seniors have a 70 minute run time. 90 for the clips. I get at least 3 to 4 cuts before I put the Senior back on the charger. The magic clips may take me through 10 heads before they die but I usually switch them out on the charger instead of letting them die.
25 yr license barber...I like them both but a prefer the seniors added weight was a bonus rather than that lighter feeling magics but andis masters was my go to for yrs...i like weight balance ,tha average day for me is 15 heads , clipper weight has never been a problem ...tha clipper is too heavy 🤣
Jerome Robinson Many old-school Barber’s preferred have your clippers because that’s all they know that’s what they are used to until they start developing carpal tunnel. Once you experience that feeling on your wrist then you will change your mind about the weight

These are clippers, whereas the T-Outliner is a trimmer. The two clippers in the video close to what amounts to a 000 and the best equivalent of a T-Outliner would be a detatchable blade called an Outliner blade.....it's sort of like a 000000.
@@GAMES-oi9jg hye , i use the magic clip sinc 1 year frequently , the battery , the power , the precision are very good . Also , the clipper is light , it s helpful and handy . For me it s the perfect clipper to cut every type of hair
guys if you go to Walmart you can get the lithium ion pro cordless that it comes with the same motor as the magic clip with all the color guards and a free trimmer and it come with the precission blade that is a fade blade for only $50 bucks thats $30 less than the magic clips

@@phabeondominguez5971 that is why this is the best offer for you because for that price you will get all the Wahl guards including the cero guard and the 1 1/2 blade you get a trimmer and the clipper with the presicion blade I opened the clipper and the magic clip and inside is the same the only diference is that the battery of the lithium ion is a 2000 mah battery and the magic clip is 2200 mah battery but the magic clip does not comes with all the guards and the trimmer
He forgot 2 key factors 1.Magic Clip gets hot fast 2.Magic Clip are louder (kinda annoying) this could be because of the plastic casing that feels lighter and cheap
Gee Meza 1.actually the seniors will get hot quicker because of the metal casing generates heat. 2. In comparison to many clippers on the market the Magic Clips are not loud. Possibly annoying melody but not too loud. The cordless Masters however are annoyingly loud. 3. Thanks for watching
I been side to side comparison both clippers for months and I get complains mostly from children that the Magic clips get hot and I can surely feel it to the touch too, I switch to the seniors real quick and those go for about 1 hr 1/2 before I can feel any real heat. On the other hand the Magic Clip gets hot in about 30 mins great clippers tho
When I search for it in some electronic stores, such as the Amazon website, some of them write the model number (8148) and some write the number (8591) !! I don’t know if I noticed this
Ahmed Q maybe because they have two different versions released. The original version had a black lever and black switch. The second version had the tan colored lever and switch

alfer franck I believe they put a stronger motor in the Senior but as you can see from the video you can’t tell in normal situations. So to me the Magic clip is better because of the price and weight
@@Kekeboy100 some clippers the light goes off when fully charged and some clippers do the opposite. The owners manual to each clipper will tell you the answer to your question.
They are basically the same clipper, so neither. What makes the Cordless Senior better is that the moving blade is a Deep-Tooth, whereas the MCs have that garbage Stagger-Tooth blade.
Yo Boba that's interesting, his Seniors come with straight tooth fade aka surgical blade but his Magics are staggered tooth with taper/convex blade. Is the staggered really that garbage? What's the problem they tug than they cut? Also is tapered better than surgical head for a DIYer who wants speed and just a simple faded hair cut, no beards, no silly lines etc... I'm trying to figure out what staggered offers and what fade/surgical head advantage is. I mean WTF is crunch technology right?

same motors... different blade... different chassis. design.. other than that the Magic clips in my opinion are best all rounder.. longer battery life is the clincher for me plus way cheaper than the seniors...
Already pulled the trigger on them. And they haven't got pulled any thick hair yet like my masters used to. It's not a detachable but it's better for bulk than people give them credit for

Maaz Ali I don’t mind constructive criticism but at least view the finished product first. I always go back and get dark spots and detail my work before I let a customer go. If you notice I hadn’t even cut the top or edged up.
This is just all F'ed up. You do realize you didn't have to perform the strokes at the same time. Also you could have easily partitioned off the manikins hair. SMH moving on.

Imo they cut the same based off the video it just sucks that it wasnt tested exactly the same in the beginning but in the haircut it looked the same i guess. Honestly it wouldn't surprise me one bit if the seniors and the magic clips have the exact same motor and insides yet they give the heavier seniors the metal which btw il take lighter or "cheaper" anyway but I understand. Anyway you seem like a good dude in the video so I thought il be clear. It was a great cut too.
