The thing about this is, people who could be ill can travel freely on holidays there making this rule of law a bit silly?

You as a lawyer should know you can support an immigrant to get a blanket waiver based on severe adverse vax reactions in the past. I’m not against vaccines, I’ve had loads of them, but unfortunately have suffered severe health issues due to them, including anesthesia. My lawyer wrote a letter, stating this, and the civil surgeon signed “medically contra indicated” to all vaccines, no further information needed. I received my green card without having to retake any of them.

@@lucianab.zapczynski8266 do exactly what I did as I shared in my message, hire a lawyer and find a civil surgeon who is willing to abide by that letter. Not all civil surgeons will, keep looking and ask about it right away.

@@josediaz1719 kosobucki and tessier. It still depends on the civil surgeon if they accept it. You’d have to ask beforehand, so you don’t go and pay for the whole process, just to find out they don’t.
