Great Podcast! I'm new to muay thai coming from mostly watching mma and one championship brought me here :) There are so many promotions (One, RWS, Thai Fight League, Max Muay Thai, Supershowdown). Can you maybe recommend me the promotions i should watch to keep up with the best muay thai? Thanks in advance!

The previous promoter of LWC was indeed doing his best to bring back the titles and crowned a few champions in 2023. The new promoters/matchmakers right now don't seem to be interested
Country-wise... like you say, France is out and in their place is Russia (and its in the same argument as Iran... maybe not champions but volume of good/high-level athletes out there)
