Great photography, the watch looks excellent outside. Drilled lugs are great for this style of watch, because they allow use of shoulderless spring bars which are almost as secure as fixed bars. I agree the thickness is an issue, personally, I would like to see this with a decent quartz with end of battery life indication and a small battery hatch in the back, but I'm sure they'll sell lots more with an nh35. Lume looks excellent 👍

Solid review. Thanks. It's a fun, sporty, casual watch. I love the dark green dial, the cool handset, the legible 12 & 24 track indices, and the cool 5-min triangle-shaped hash marks. All around winning watch! My birthday is in April, so I've got an excuse to treat myself to one, lol.

Love the case, dial etc. 18mm strap can look weedy : Deserves 20mm, plus a more robust crown ! Thanks !

If you had 20mm lug width that would mean thinner lugs though, which would completely change the overall look of the case.

Beautiful field watch, great strap, good price for all you get. For this size/type of watch I have a white dial NH36 from Islander with day & date at 6. Too many other types of watch on the wish list right now or this would really tempt. Thank you for this overview.

Thats a sweetie. I like the dial and handset. Love the case. I might have to out that one in the shopping cart. SM is on a roll! The only thing I'd chane is to out the crown on the 4:30 position. I think field eatched are mire prwctical with a 4:30 crown. Its more protect3d there. Love the 100m WR.

Additionally, I am wary of ghost date watches - its so easy to accidentally change the date when the watch is set to between 9pm and 3am, which can damage the movement beyond just the date complication

The one thing that I don't like about that watch is the 18mm lug width. I have fairly thick wrist and 18mm straps look ridiculous on me. I need at least 20mm for a strap to look normal on me
