Hey hey hey! Geology is such an interesting topic. It was interesting in school... at least! ha! Wouldn't want to live based on it! Chunky downhill was fun afterwards watching the footage!! During... not so much lol. Chick-fil-a taste???? hahaha!
@thej- not necessarily . is it the bike or the surface or both ? a gravel bike by definition is somewhere in between an 80s MTB and a road bike . A 'gravel ride ' by definition is on multiple surfaces, such as pavement , dirt , crushed and compacted stone etc. If you ride your Gravel Bike on only one surface , say pavement , then is it a 'gravel RIDE' or riding a Gravel bike on pavement . You are riding your gravel BIKE but not on GRAVEL. so how can it be a Gravel Ride ? likewise if i'm riding my mtb on pavement only, then it's not an MTB RIDE . now you see why i laughed in my first post , not at you but at the absurdity of Gravel Bikes and Gravel Riding , that the industry has pushed onto the public . apologies for such an insane rant on your nice channel but ,,,,,?
