Westerners can't seem to understand that there are other cultures in the world and not all weddings are like American weddings, tacky brown theme with fairy lights. In south eastern cultures literally everyone dresses up like it's the met gala for a wedding. Trust me no one can outshine the bride unlike american brides cause it's a basic dress with a basic themed wedding!
Bro it's Indian wedding and it might not be the main function and bride might be wearing more than this and in Indian wedding they want everyone to look as pretty as they can so don't worry

I don’t think she is Indian I’m pretty sure she is Iranian. Indians aren’t typically Muslim…. Actually a very low percentage are Muslim, most people from India are Hindu 🫶

I'm hindu and literally over 20% of our population are Muslims. That's 200+ Million people, you need to up your current general knowledge.

While its extra as hell but some cultures are just different. Depends on the culture of the bride and groom. Im guessing this is potentially a desi wedding/adjacent where ppl will all go 110% and bride will go 1000%.
She did say in her makeup short that she's going to an Indian wedding and no, it's not at all too much for an Indian wedding especially a destination wedding at that. Most of the people at that wedding would be dressed just as extra if not more😂(probably more)

She actually goes to a lot of weddings where in their culture it’s absolutely appropriate to dress the way she is. Not just appropriate, but customary!
